There's those cloth physics again. I have never put as much effort into anything in my life, as the animators put into that three second clip of Stark putting on his jacket. Or Fern taking off her robe.

2025-08-18 11:17:47 +0000 UTCA correction for Ken, a lot of reactors have the misconception that Stark is currently stronger than Eisen, this is not true in the slightest. The point of the flashback of Frieren and Eisen's conversation during Stark's fight with the dragon is to emphasize the point that Stark has the POTENTIAL to someday surpass Eisen not that he is CURRENTLY stronger than Eisen. This is why wording is important and even some people who watched the original subs had this misconception as well. Also last ep Ken was rooting for Stark to attack the "little one" instead XD, little did he know....LMAO.

2025-08-16 22:19:08 +0000 UTCGreat episode!! And I agree with you guys, even though the beginning was slow at first, you have to appreciate how this show takes its time to develop. With these 2 fights displaying the growth in Fern and Stark, we're able to appreciate the prior episodes in which the two were on their learning curves. It seemed slow back then, but now that we see them in combat, we look back at those episodes and now say that "Yeah, they made it this far because of the work they put in before."

2025-08-16 03:53:34 +0000 UTCA fun thing to note this episode is that the Fern fight against Lugner, you only hear his inner voice as he tries to analyze the fight and Fern. It is something you don't see often in Anime fights to hear the inner thoughts of the bad guys. It is especially ironic with Lugner being a demon and Fern as a human. The demon wondering why a human is getting the best of him in his mind just sounds crazy but it is what is happening.
