2025-07-26 22:06:15 +0000 UTCWeiss is truly “the granddaughter of a hero.” So happy to see this moment, we’ve seen Weiss allude to her grandfather before but don’t know much about him. I just remember her looking at his portrait on the wall (as her inspiration) before managing to summon the Arma Gigas in Season 4. Jacques: [Family Family Family Family whiner] he sounds like Walter White, ugh. Maybe if they used better than an old Tandy-1000, they could have finished this sooner! Nice action sequences! Not everything lines up perfectly with the main RWBY series at this stage of their skills and understanding (the next episode aligns with S2E1), but it’s kind of a fun canon-adjacent. Both of Jaune’s best girls here – dream Pyrrha + lots of Weiss. :D
