2025-07-06 17:19:51 +0000 UTCWow, your all caught up now; basically. There will probably be a finally cutscene that will act as a bridge to the Edge of Fate expansion. Can't wait to see you guys play the Mass Effect series. My advice, choose what ever dialogue options you want. You'll get a lot of comments about what choices to make, but it will be more fun for you if you just embrace the experience. Also, half of the codex is voiced and you can listen to it if you don't understand somethings. I'm interested in seeing what kind of custom character you'll create.

2025-07-04 05:53:26 +0000 UTCHeresy is mostly about shaking up the Hive Pantheon and really humanizing them; showing they aren’t all powerful gods but actual beings who have qualities we can relate to. The Echo storylines aren’t exactly the best in recent years, but the Echo of Oryx is probably the best as it really breaks the entire Hive ideology of Sword Logic. Going forward the Hive are gonna be in a very difficult position in regard to faith and their place in the universe. Eris can leave her Throne World. Think of it like a fall back. She can die outside of it as many times as possible, but she will always come back so long as she is not killed inside of it. The year following the Final Shape was mostly the fallout of the victory against the Witness and how a power vacuum has opened up. Now the Edge of Fate is coming and is beginning the Fate Saga which is the next multi year story. It’s definitely bringing Destiny back to its roots in mystery and wonder so definitely check out the Reveal Cinematic, Gameplay Trailer, and the most recent one the Launch Trailer! Also i highly recommend you guys check out Byf’s video he did on the Nine and the Edge of Fate! They’re going to be the focus of the new saga! Can’t wait to experience this new saga with you guys! <3

It's only a trailer and like 5 minutes of cutscenes though, but it's setting the stage for what's to come. I could be wrong as i took a break after Act 3 myself, but I believe THIS is the final bit of story before Edge of Fate. If there's a Week 7 cutscene compilation, I will eat my boots. She was formerly a Guardian and a friend of the Drifter, but her curiosity and sense of betrayal (as a result of Drifter's lies during the Dark Ages) led her down a path she may never come back from. Her transformation by the Nine allows the otherwise voiceless entities to speak to us through her, though she seems to hold resentment towards them and their unceasing curiosity.

2025-07-04 03:30:39 +0000 UTCOkay to answer your questions yes she can leave her throne world. A few things I want to point out that always seem to be over looked. The taken we are going against (from my understanding) are not under Oryx's command. As for Savathun's last message to us i think that she hasn't fully accepted Oryxy's death (Destiny 1) so when we killed Oryx all of that grief that she pushed that anger to the person who killed her brother. Pretty sure they are saving Xivu Arath and Savathun for a later story. As for the final cutscene there was a puzzle that people had to solve that involved chess pieces. We all know how much Bungie likes inputting puzzles in their games (at least for destiny) there is a small event going on called rite of the nine that do have a few cutscenes that'll push forward onto the edge of fate. Just so you guys are aware of that.
