So I found out that the voice for General White is Kyle Hebert, whom you guys know as adult Gohan, so it's interesting to see his villainous laughter have such an effect on his character, as opposed to the Gohan we know and love. And yes, I know for a fact he enjoyed this moment at the booth, definitely one of his smaller roles though

2025-06-28 01:33:12 +0000 UTC(9:50) Padding. Just another case of Toei trying to have an episode’s story begin and end in the same places it did in the corresponding manga chapter(s). Not that I always mind when they have to add things in, but this scene is definitely one of the more shoehorned moments. A lot of fans like to joke about Dragon Ball's pacing, but I honestly think a good number of them would be surprised just how much quicker things progress in the manga.
