They recently found blackbeards ship off the coast of south and North Carolina in 2016, they recovered the parts and weapons of his ship and they were all covered in coral, even though it was 294 years ago when the golden age of piracy ended but until 2016 nobody even knew if the ship was even their or they might of not had the gear to go down their, or should I say modern gear to go great depths. But yeah they found it off the coast of south and North Carolina
