He voices Al in the 2003 version. Although he has a nice cameo role in Brotherhood.

A lil fun fact for you guys: the guy who does Alβs voice is Aaron Dismuke, who does the voice for Glorio in Daima

Major Armstrong is a fan favorite and it isnβt hard to see why. On top of being really badass and powerful, as well as an over the top ham, heβs a genuinely kind and deeply empathetic man and this episode is a great showcase for that. Itβs that very same soft and kind nature that has kept him from being promoted any higher in the military despite being able to punch far above the weight class of his rank. Technically he and Ed have the same rank, as being a certified state alchemist automatically grants the authority of a major. The only difference is that while both are state alchemists, Armstrong is also a formal enlisted officer. Were it not for his state certification, heβd likely have an even lower rank, but because heβs state certified he canβt hold a rank lower than major.
