The only thing stopping the manga from being axed is that the writing from the original novel series is good. Most panels have no background (just white space), the art quality for characters is inconsistent(but at least clear enough that the characters are recognizable, so there's that), the monsters are all just identical digital copy paste of low quality cgi models (as in, all goblins with the exact same model except for size, and each monster species having the same problem), etc.

2025-07-31 22:01:51 +0000 UTCWhen I first watched, I kept waiting for Ryo to show up, or someone to get him, etc, lol! It just never happened. They didn't even mention him. It annoyed me so much, but then you nailed it! I'm so tuned into the tropes, it irritated that they strayed, LOL! I really enjoy this show! The action was mid this episode, but that right last episode was awesome!
