The more I rewatch the early episodes, the more it consolidates a theory of mine on the prince. I started suspecting it after watching episode 9, but it seems like I'm on the right path. I can't wait to see if future episodes confirm or correct it! That aside, I love Monica's VA! She does such a good job capturing the scared squirrel who underestimates herself constantly. She must have had so much fun! And Monica and Lana's friendship warms my heart everytime I see them together!

2025-07-19 03:03:40 +0000 UTCThis is off topic but according to live chart thereβs no βtrashβ on Sunday π (unless we bypass that somehow). Butβ¦ Kaiju No.8 tomorrow! I watched the recap movie to refresh my memory which included the OVA at the end. You can tell a lot was cut but itβs good enough for recalling majority of the anime. A lot of the character moments are cut from it. But the movie is not even 2 hours of recap if you take credits and OVA into account so theyβre condensing like 12 episodes (about 4 hours I think?) into less than 2 hours so yknow, it is what it is. I might rewatch it for real after S2 concludes tho
