Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Season 2 Episode 12 Live Reaction (FULL)

like father like daughter, questionable monster relationships at least hers looked more human xD as an anime only, the pacing was right for me and this felt like the natural stopping point!

But 75 percent of the flashbacks are in mutt form, we all know they got down and dirty like that. And I know she was a vessel doesn't change the Alabama going on lmfao

EDIT You seemed to miss that Julimerida (Juli for short) was revealed to have the ability to turn into a human, and also seemed to have a near fully functional human anatomy, unlike Dusters. Also, Angel was revealed to be a vessel for her "Mother"; when she felt euphoria from her "Fathers" love, those emotions were not her own. Manga readers are not wrong to call this a bad adaptation, though they exaggerate on exactly how many episodes it would take to finish certain arcs, and not many realise that there is content from the manga that can be cut or sped up in a way that doesn't ruin the story or the pacing. In truth I believe they would have only needed just one more episode to fully flesh out the school arc, maybe less. Anyway, there was... ALOT cut from this, including the ACTUAL final fight: D, Angel, Chidori, and Hisui VS Deathmecia. Here Chidori didn't even show up with them except in a flashback explaining his weakness; there was supposed to be a shot of all four of them together after being separated for so long. Angel barely even fought in this version =( They cut out Yakushi's entire flashback. There was even a moment where Angel briefly came under Juli's control, while speaking with her in a mindscape. Juli tries to convince her to give full control by telling her of all the memories she's had with Yakushi. Angel's response "... Having to hear about my parents being all Lovey-Dovey... is kinda gross", and jams a spherical divine artefact replica in her right eye, breaking the bond between her and Juli seemingly for good. It was such an awesome moment that never should have been cut. Hisui also gets a seriously bad arm injury using Chidori's divine artefact to fully shatter his horn. Also the romantic feelings Angel develops for D are of course more fleshed out in the manga; visited the cell he was locked in with her "Father" everyday as well.

I think this could be the most abusive dad of the season. Which is saying a lot lol

i do get why many are upset, it sounds like a season's worth of content was cut. just for me it feels right and im glad this was the stopping point.

Killing someone by letting them starve to death is brutal. In a way even more brutal then just killing them right away

I also feel like this has been a good phasing. But then again manga readers are often unhappy about anime adaptions
