If you ask me that's what you call a Badass Moment. I feel the moment they saw, Kaji just made a change tp the whole atmosphere and and intensified it several times. I mean if even KEEL as the Local Criminals got so terrified INSTANTLY, just by hearing the name ยจKajiยจ, then it just equals a sentence that tells: ยจThat's a Guy you shall NOT piss off, if you wish not to be annihilated.ยจ In a short way im just saying, it shows how Strong, Kaji is. That's my thought on that moment he's party-crashing.

The Keel arc and what happens because of it, are one of the pivotal moments for Sakura's development. This is also where some people who are more into the fighting will probably find windbreaker less interesting because it grows into its slce-of-life and coming-of-age genre. There will still be fighting, lots of it, but there will be a lot of focus on emotional connections, healing, and growth.
