I admit I don't know a lot about the guy but I'd like to imagine his explanations in his head was Goku is dumb or demon aura in demon realm made it possible and he just laughed as people argued how it made sense lmao

Oh of course Dragon Ball will continue, but Daima really understood what made Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball. It's not just about punching, beam struggles and new transformations - it's also about the world building, the characters and comedy. This super powerful magic item the entire plot revolved around? Oh yeah, you can just buy these at the local store. That's the real Toriyama writing. I do love basically all of the new characters, though I will agree that I am shocked Neva did not end up betraying the group. And yeah, my biggest issue with the show would be that SSJ4 is very unexplained. I was sure they will say that Goku just can't tap into it on his own, and then everything works neatly. But oh well, it is also the real Toriyama writing to just leave a massive issue like this because he probably didn't think it's very important - Dragon Ball as a series was never really concerned about perfect continuity so I suppose par for the course. I already miss the show, Daima was an absolute treat. We got so much extremely juicy lore, a very fun cast of characters, some of the best action scenes in the genre, and a few transformations were made canon. Honestly, there's one thing I do still hope for - and that being that before his passing Toriyama may have had the time to storyboard one more movie, the production of these would presumably take years, so maybe there will be one more thing written with Toriyama's guidance at least
