Reminded me of playing Soul Calibar and using one of its clunky chunky characters. Where the slowness is fine if your skills are good; because then your timing makes up for the speed. Raizo the Quick draw reminded me of Sunrakus bird head self but less glass in build. Meitius I think was the M Bison like one... point is you'll know each ones fighting game references... its where I found the initial charm in each PC of Galaxies.
