There were several scenes showing the S-Rank Fire-Magician (Choi Jong-In, the elegant redhaired dude with glasses) talking to other people and to the Chairman about ants with wings. Those ants are supposed to be stuck in Jeju Island, which was originally teased at the very start of the very first episode, where lots of hunters fought against ants "3 years ago" from the current timeline. However, recently they've found ants with wings that drowned at sea and were washed ashore. Things seem to have escalated, because this ant has now managed to fly towards inhabited territory.
