True, but maid cafés food tends to be pretty bad and pretty expensive. It’s mainly for the experience, which is not my cup of tea. Anime in real life really make a cringe

I've had some 'good' food from restaurants, but it's pretty rare and they can't consistently deliver that quality. But the majority of dishes me or any of my relatives make just straight up taste better than anything a restaurant makes.
