I'd say this fight is up there with the very best in the franchise and it's a shame not many DBZ and Super fans seem to care for this show. The choreography, angles, camera movement, etc are all incredible. Love the shot where Goku takes some distance from the enemy with the camera being far away, and then lands close to the camera with a great view of him and the villain. Also perhaps more importantly, you just know someone's gonna make material about the evil chick and saliva fetish play.
