Did you notice that the Family names of these "nobles" are names like Williams, or Smith, the most common of commoner names? Makes the whole nobility thing due to having magic even more arbitrary than usual. And the Prince's first name is Duke? Also there are plenty of mean villainesses, but often when the main character is reincarnated as the villainess, they don't want to be, often to save their lives. The mean villainesses abound when the MC is reincarnated as the heroine.

A Villainess is someone who says mean things about other girls, especially to frame the heroine for something she didn't commit, laughs like "ooh, hohohoh", and gets in the way of the romance between the heroine and the main love interest, which often means trying to steal the main love interest for herself by underhanded means. Sometimes the Villainess is banished or even executed when she is found out. But I admit Alicia still isn't living up to these expectations.

But sadly that show was so rushed in it story arcs. That it never did explore that interesting idea of them both having different perspectives of being isekai into a dating sim

But I've yet to see that implemented to my satisfaction... Or maybe the yuri route, where the heroine and the villainess shack up and tell all of the love interests to sod off... That'd be pretty unique too...

Liz might also be a reincarnator familiar with the game and is actively trying to befriend Alicia. So there is a route to the happy ending if Liz and Alicia get a clue about the other (but then there wouldn't be a show). Liz probably has a preference for one of the other love interests, having played the game before, freeing up the Duke for Alicia. Also, Alicia doesn't have a friggin clue what a villainess is.
