That said maybe there's a hidden inclusivity message? Literally anyone can be a deer. Just put antlers on. The real plot twist is that nokotan is koshitan's spirit animal. Nokotan states her goal is to live an easy life being looked after, which is the exact same think koshitan is after. I would have preferred the Yuri ending. I enjoyed watching your mind break in this episode. I didn't suffer as much because I've been expecting random for a while now. I haven't bothered with predictions on this one. I want a second season.
