Technically the main party can 'fix' the boy. The MC has his own tablet. He won't use it, but he could access the NPC's stats and lower them again. Of course we do know he won't use it, but I'm pretty sure that it's a possibility. As for the frozen guy... kinda hard to say. If the devs put some thought in it, they would give other debuggers the option to get softlocked/hardlocked people out of that lock, but seeing as the MC's own a party members are also stuck, that's probably not an option.

Would be nice if they left and continued their quest thinking there's nothing they can do about it now, but... the episode itself dropped a hint with the weapon that disintegrated. And they do have the tools to potentially push him into it, so I see this being finished up next episode.

Even if everybody starts hating on Tesla, she either can't or won't intervene, and no one else can use his tablet, so she knew that there was no fixing him. The debug stone is a client-side tool that happens to have an in-game representation, so nothing any other debugger could do would fix him. And Tesla, if we assume she's the server or a program on it, probably doesn't have the capability to affect game clients.
