I think what was implied at the end was that Snape *pledged* a lot for the betrothal to Angelica, but the money hasn't actually been paid yet, therefore the marriage hasn't taken place either.

Especially love the track that played in the flashback part. Also nice we got to see fanservice for 2 more bunneh girls. But honestly I think it also delivered in terms of story. So we got plot and PLOT both.
