I think you can feel sympathy with Suzuki because he feels very human. I also thinks Sensei's masterpiece will involve the demon lords daughter.

At least not just because of that. ... He became an ass because he was alone. ... Teach him properly and get him a good party and everything would have worked ouf. ... But nope ... It was just "Welcome hero! You're Overpowered! Here's the door! Good luck!" ... I guess our bois masterpiece will be a piece about himself and his Sachan, just to Teleport each other back and off themselves. 🤣

While the soundtrack still slaps (Did Otto secretly appear when the otherworldler was sent back? That was his voice), there is actually an emotioanl arc and there are actually valuable lessons - and they are even - taught by that seemingly fucked up Sensei who seems to care about nothing - but in the end, besides letting others carry this heavy coffin - he does a decent job with his morals etc.
