Well, those others aren't doing bug reports anymore for most part because they can't log out. They're stuck in that world with moderator powers and no one above them actually tells them anything. It's a pretty effed up scenario. The Meta AI hasn't explained anything either, though it's also pretty stupid that the main character has not asked it why they cannot log out. As for the bugs getting fixed, it could potentially be the meta AI doing it. But that AI may not be able to recognize something as a bug until it's reported or something like that. Of course it could also be that they're monitored and that a bunch of people are working hard. Chances are the Meta AI might actually be the villain that's preventing them from logging out in the 1st place.
