There's going to come a point towards the end of season 3, maybe season 4 (depends on how quickly the adaptation gets through the story), where you're going to go back and watch every single one of those interactions again, because there's an actual common thread running through them that is in no way obvious until they're viewed through hindsight. The story is far better plotted and written than it initially appears to be, and credit to Rifujin na Maganote for this.
