2024-05-15 07:17:41 +0000 UTCWho got Truck-kun a Death Note? My opinion is that the show is pretty generic, and kind of silly when it tries to be emotional, but it's fun nonetheless. It's what I'd call a very decent show. The MC is nice and kind. The comedy is mostly on point. The worldbuilding is shallow but solid, and it provides the MC with a compelling motivation and ticking clock. It's a nice watch. And the child's not showing 50% of his skin at all times, so that's a plus.

2024-05-15 04:54:46 +0000 UTCI got decently far in the manga before the anime announcement was made. So I was happy to see how well and close to the source material this was unlike some other adaptations.You are definitely going to want to slot this one in weekly, I can assure you on that.
