2024-04-28 19:00:40 +0000 UTCfrom what we know the whole body has to be killed by the artefacts for it to kill them. so because his hand(the sword) was away form the blast it couldn't kill him. we know this because up to this point all the deaths from them have been direct contact on the whole body

2024-04-28 18:55:40 +0000 UTCSo I said last week I thought D died because the effects on his hand (disguised as the artifact) looked the same as the effects on F's hand when he was killed, not like the typical disintegration where you see the pieces form lines and fly off. So I figured that the rules of one body part being alive was moot as long as the divine artifact hits them anywhere. I feel a little cheated but I'm glad they established that the only reason he survived is because *he blew himself up with the dynamite* before the artifact did. So he may not survive that way again in the future.
