Reign of the Seven Spellblades Episode 1 Live Reaction (FULL)

From the author of Alderamin on the Sky! This was a great first episode that let us really soak in the magical wonder with some great creature design and some good character hooks like what Nanao has truly been through!

Ok because personally I don’t like it when you get invested into a good story then it has no continuation. Making you feel empty after you read/watch the story

I recommend it but because it never continued it's hard to do so. it's a completed LN though and not ridiculously long

That is good to hear I don’t know much about Alderamin on the Sky. But I’m willing to take your word on it ^^

on r/lightnovels on reddit it's one of the most recommended LNs it almost always gets brought up when people ask for recommendations. and given how amazing the author's other work is with Alderamin on the Sky this one should be stellar as well

Oh good because I seen this happened many times before especially in more western shows. Where it looks like it will a interesting world in the first episode with a good mystery. Just to be drawn out with a lot of drama between the characters. Instead of exploring that interesting world concept that they showed up in the first episode

given this is regarded as one of the best light novels you have nothing to be worried about

It had great high fantasy setting with the background and how everyone did use magic. But I’m unsure if introducing so many characters at once was a good idea? Especially as it had a setting which needed to be explained. Which they put a lot of screen time on. And because of that the character did feel kinda trophy. Like you had your airhead, your causal layback dude, your snobby rich girl, your bookworm who is there to study not to make friends, your social justice warrior, and then your main character who is a overall nice and helpful person, with mysteries surrounding him
