What would you prefer? Would you like to get them by the day in full res instead?

In absence of tools to make cross-posting easier, I'd agree with waiting until the end. Match whatever your normal schedule is for posting Patron rewards before the end of the billing cycle. Maybe post the 31st separately, on the same day it's done, since by then it'd be just the one.
