🤷‍♂️What is Rule 34 Encyclopedia?

It's an erotic 'what if' encyclopedia of YOUR favorite characters and YOUR voted categories. Ever wanted to know what Tsunade's chakra filled feet feel like? What about getting a handjob from Ochako's Quirk? How much carnage would a Harley Quinn Giantess cause the city!? What is Princess Daisy doing with that mini mushroom on your member!? Just how many kids does Samus Aran want? What is Chun-Li's Fursona?

We answer all these fun & perverted hypothetical questions and more!

Notes

• The Vocals and SFX are separate buttons, so you can mute the vocals if they’re not your thing! Or Mute the SFX if you only want her voice! The buttons are below the images.
• You can simply start typing in the character list or category list to find exactly what you’re looking for!
• Content is served from a CDN, so you will need to be online to see the images. However, this keeps the project size super low and infinitely expandable!

Known Issues

• The current Aspect Ratio is fixed at 1920x1080, we’ll need to default to smaller and add more flexibility.
• Mobile has not been tested on the HTML5 build.
• Some images for some characters are not correct (feet instead of paws, hair color incorrect, etc)
• Underwear & Sleepwear description text doesn’t always match the imagery.

🤔Why did you make a new project?

Basically we had a vote months ago for a new project, and I wanted to make something fairly quickly and the clear vote leader was a rule 34 inspired game. Now I will say, this isn’t so much of a game, rather it is a bunch of erotic text, imagery and sound effects. There’s basically a few reasons for this:

• Generative Content: It’s my first time using generative imagery and writing, so really I just wanted to see if it was worth pursuing.

• Encyclopedia: A “dating” style game with "Well-known characters from beloved games & media" could potentially cause a confusingly competing product if we’re not careful. Making an informative parody  “Encyclopedia” is a much more

• Burnout Avoidance: It’s pretty fun & hot to see all the different scenarios, and also the time commitment is fairly low now that the foundation is finished. New content can be easily added in bulk as well. It was fun to build something smaller and quicker.

• Art Pass: Even though LIW updates aren't pumped out, we can still store up artwork and animations for the next updates, and swiftly pump those out with the writing team.

💭Does any of this help Life in Woodchester?

Yes! Finances are still occasionally an issue for how quickly we can move (back down to one programmer), so any money earned from Rule 34 Encyclopedia can definitely help expand our pace on LIW as well!

Also, all of the sound libraries we searched for and discovered for Rule 34 Encyclopedia can also be bought and used for LIW! This should be several dozens of SFX we can utilize.

⌛How much time will this pull away from Life in Woodchester?

After today, barely any! The engine is very clean and organized, all we’ll have to do is update with new content, which can be fairly easy. We'll just need to fix some responsiveness in the UI department so that the "encyclopedia" is more accessible to everyone.

📃Which Characters won the initial poll?

The top 75% made it through and then some other very commonly beloved characters.

🌎When & Where do I play?  Is there a separate Patreon?

It's out now! There’s a public version available to anyone on itch.io, which has about 60 characters, however:

• ALL current Life in Woodchester subscribers will get access to v1.1 the early access version with all 100+ characters 🎉, i’ll send you all a private message with a link to the early access version & password.
• Current VIP and higher will get access to v1.2 as well.

The winner of our last poll for voted content by a wide margin, was...

So we'll go ahead and work on those. 

In second place was spooning sex. We actually already have orders in for the spooning sex, which is what we're combining with (willing) sleep sex. It'll be an optional dexterity check to wake them up beforehand basically.

🎉Content Explanation

Next patch is all just Lily, Janice, Tara, so almost everything you've seen in behind the scenes and then some is going in. 

A few reworks for Janice (janice will explain why its okay to blast inside, hint, she has an IUD in) and some for Tara ( Rewriting the tattoo artist to be Raven, and actually showing your friend caleb rather than the silhoutte)

New stuff for their storyline and repeatable stuff is going in, repeatables can be done in any room in the house, and there will be unique dialogue for each room.

Pixie will not be this update, but next as we've been writing and re-writing her. She's been the most complex to figure out storyline wise but should be pretty rewarding. Her art is all done so when writing finishes we can catch up easy just doing scripting.

📆Open World Release Date?

For now, I'm gonna set the runway at late April, it could be that it's earlier, but I'd rather promise late since I tend to underestimate things.

The silver lining is that once this update is out, Pixie should be lined up fairly well, and the art for the Preggo update should be close also.
