Implementing External Dialogue for Localization

We always knew when we were doing the scenes that the dialogue was baked into the code, but with the help of our new programmer Qevin, we're putting it into external files.

This has a lot of benefits like helping our writers alter dialogue already written quite easily, but the biggest help is for future localization (translating dialogue to other languages).

It's nice to do it now so that we aren't making massive changes later 🎉
