Yoshi's slit
Added 2023-05-08 08:17:57 +0000 UTCDrawing Yoshi and similar characters from the Mario games always proves surprisingly difficult for me due to their deceptively simple shapes! Here, I made two doodles: one closely follows the official art-style, while the other contains a slight personal twist in the proportions but still remains recognizable.
I was also really tempted to attempt a fully dinosaurian, less cartoony Hologram-style Yoshi, but not sure how that would be received... maybe next time? π
