Chapter 1: Uzumaki Domination
Elemental Nation
Naruto gazed in hopelessness at his homeland, now devastated by the immensely powerful Kaguya, the mother of the sage of six paths. Initially, the Uzumaki had allied with his former teammate-turned-traitor, Uchiha Sasuke. However, as the battle dragged on for what felt like hours, Naruto's energy waned. In that moment, Black Zetsu, hidden in Kaguya's sleeve, created a portal behind the last Uchiha and struck him with a fatal Ash Bone.
"Damn it!" Naruto shouted as he witnessed Sasuke get struck. He quickly used his shadow clone jutsu to divert Kaguya's attention and generate a smoke screen, allowing him to reach Sasuke. "This can't be real!"
Naruto, holding onto a weakened Sasuke, dashed for safety while his clones engaged Kaguya to buy them time. He was aware that this distraction wouldn't last long, but he clung to the hope that he could either heal Sasuke or mitigate the effects of Kaguya's jutsu. Unfortunately, it seemed fate had other plans.
"Damn it, damn it, damn it!" Naruto shouted in exasperation as Sasuke's legs disintegrated into ash. "We need to reach Sakura—she might be able to help you!"
Sasuke observed Naruto's frantic attempts to rescue him with a twisted sense of enjoyment. He had already come to terms with his impending death and his thoughts drifted to his parents and clan, knowing he would soon be reunited with them. However, he was suddenly reminded of his brother, Itachi.
The final Uchiha gazed at Naruto, noticing that in certain aspects, he resembled Itachi. They always seemed to surpass him in strength effortlessly, which fueled his jealousy and led him to join Orochimaru. Yet, despite this, Naruto never wavered in his support for him. He also shared Itachi's inherent kindness.
Sasuke understood that without his help, Naruto wouldn't have a fighting chance against Kaguya. However, he realized there might be one thing he could do for his friend, who was truly his only friend.
"Naruto, can you be quiet for just a moment, you fool?" Sasuke exclaimed loudly to grab the attention of the blonde Uzumaki. "I’m on the verge of dying, but before that happens, there’s something I need to give you."
"Who do you think you're calling an idiot?" Naruto retorted instinctively. "You're not going to die; I just need to find Sakura, and she can heal you in no time. Then we can take care of sealing away that bunny granny."
"How do you plan to reach Sakura, you fool? She's in a different dimension," Sasuke remarked in a flat tone, prompting Naruto to curse, realizing Sasuke was correct—Kaguya had merely returned them to their original dimension while leaving the rest behind. "Now quit being foolish and give me your left hand."
Naruto gazed at the fading Uchiha, and for the first time in their relationship, Sasuke noticed a look of surrender on Naruto's face. He expected to feel satisfaction from witnessing this moment, but instead, an unexpected sense of sympathy washed over him. He quickly set that feeling aside and grasped Naruto's left hand, their palms connecting.
"Here, take this fool and make sure to deal with that rabbit bitch," Sasuke said as he disintegrated in Naruto's arms. "I don't want to see you in the afterlife anytime soon."
Naruto remained silent as he gazed at the yin seal on his left hand and the yang seal on his right. His mind was flooded with cosmic knowledge, grasping concepts beyond human understanding. He had mastered the control of his chakra, and everything from mathematics to the principles of physics became effortlessly clear to him.
Black Zetsu, noticing Sasuke's demise, smirked maliciously. "So that pest is finally gone, hahaha! Good riddance; may he rot in the belly of the shinigami."
After Kaguya wrapped up her battle with the clones, she turned to face Naruto, who wore an expressionless look that contrasted with his normally vibrant demeanor. She sensed a shift in his power.
"What have you done to yourself?" Kaguya inquired, activating her Byakugan to assess the situation with the fox boy. She noticed the yin seal now marked him. "So that's what occurred."
"Let's bring this to a close," Naruto stated with a steady tone that had a hint of intensity. He activated his six paths sage mode, but chose not to don the Kurama chakra cloak, reserving that strength for a future moment.
Naruto's eyes transformed into an orange hue with cross-shaped pupils, and six Truth-Seeking Orbs materialized behind him. "Time to get wild," he declared before disappearing.
Kaguya was just about to defend herself when Naruto suddenly appeared before her, wielding a truth-seeking orb that had morphed into a staff. He swung it, hitting her in the face and sending her crashing to the ground.
"You scoundrel! How could you do that to mother?" Black Zetsu shouted furiously from Kaguya's sleeve, while Naruto hovered above them, gazing down.
"Silence," Naruto ordered in a firm, authoritative voice, his earlier playful demeanor replaced by a chilling sense of determination.
The Uzumaki unleashed his chakra, allowing it to surge freely as he moved his hands through unfamiliar seals that now seemed instinctive to him.
"Wood Style: Dragon Technique!" Naruto exclaimed as a wooden dragon emerged from the earth and soared towards Kaguya.
"What?" Black Zetsu shouted as Kaguya dodged the jutsu by teleporting. "When did he gain that ability?"
Kaguya suddenly emerged behind Naruto, attempting to strike him with a deadly ash bone. However, he defended himself with his staff and countered by delivering a swift kick to her face.
Black Zetsu attempted to assist his mother by transforming into a pitch-black sword, aiming to slice the Uzumaki in two. However, Naruto was quicker and managed to evade the attack.
The two opponents sprang apart from one another, one set of eyes brimming with a mix of resolve and sorrow, while the other pair appeared vacant, bordering on madness. In a final clash that would decide the destiny of a world, they charged at each other.

Naruto, with a missing arm and blood streaming down his body, loomed over a vanquished Kaguya. She was in a similarly dire condition; the Uzumaki had amputated all her limbs and employed his truth-seeking orbs to immobilize her, preventing any chance of regeneration.
Black Zetsu, trapped within the sleeve of her left arm, found herself immobilized and was angrily lamenting the Uzumaki's interference in their plans and their role in defeating his mother.
"You little brat, how could you do this to us? You'll regret it," Zetsu shouted in rage, but Naruto was unfazed. He ruthlessly plunged a blade formed from the Creation of All Things jutsu into Kaguya's heart and another into her head.
Kaguya's face reflected anguish, but oddly enough, it shifted to a serene demeanor. She realized she had lost and faced death unless she transferred her karma seal to the Uzumaki boy. The thought crossed her mind briefly, but she quickly dismissed it, uncertain of how it would function with a Jinchuriki and someone who possessed even a diluted Otsutsuki bloodline.
"Don't give up, Mother! Let's take care of this nuisance," Black Zetsu shouted as it transformed to break free from its confinement and hurried to Kaguya's side.
"Not so fast, you worthless piece of garbage," Naruto snarled in exasperation. Why couldn't this creature just admit defeat and perish? "This is where your journey ends."
"Alright, you little brat, you may have defeated us, but you'll never achieve your dreams, and your world will be doomed," Black Zetsu proclaimed with maniacal laughter as a huge Rasengan charged towards him. The impact caused a massive explosion, obliterating the parasite.
"It’s finally done; now I need to rescue everyone," Naruto declared. However, as he turned away from the spot where he defeated Black Zetsu, a dark portal appeared and engulfed him. This was the last time the Elemental Nation would witness Naruto Uzumaki.
If Black Zetsu were still alive, I would be cackling with glee at how his ultimate trap caught Naruto by surprise. Zetsu, connected to Kaguya, could utilize her teleportation ability to send the Uzumaki kid to a different dimension. This technique was embedded in a seal placed on the ground, programmed to activate after Black Zetsu's demise, ensuring Naruto would lower his guard, believing he had emerged victorious.

Alexander Isaacs gazed into the lifeless eyes of his deceased friend and business associate, James Marcus. It hurt him deeply to have to take the life of his closest companion, but he was determined to put an end to the T-Virus project, and he couldn't allow that to be thwarted.
"Why did you have to develop a conscience, my old friend?" Isaac said mournfully, reflecting on the difficult choice he faced. "I believed you would comprehend my vision and that together we could transform humanity, but your love for your daughter has interfered with what must be done."
Isaac's thoughts drifted back to his university days when he first met Marcus. Although they pursued different majors in bioengineering and chemistry, they both excelled academically and quickly formed a strong friendship.
They embarked on an expedition to the African rainforest after hearing tales of a plant with extraordinary abilities. Upon discovering it, they witnessed its mutagenic effects, which transformed one of their guides into a monstrous creature, while the nearby wildlife grew to gigantic sizes.
Isaacs couldn't help but laugh at how narrowly they escaped death that day. Although they lost many of their companions, they succeeded in obtaining their goal: the original T virus, which represented either the next phase of human evolution or its downfall. Regardless, Isaacs was indifferent to the outcome.
They returned and established Umbrella Corporation, a large pharmaceutical enterprise that quickly gained recognition as a household name for its medications, vaccines and technology.
Isaac couldn't help but scoff at the naivety of people who actually thought Umbrella was as genuine as they claimed. In reality, Umbrella served merely as a cover for him and Marcus to conduct their unlawful experiments. And speaking of experiments, he needed to handle Marcus's daughter.
"What should I do about the girl?" Isaacs asked, mentioning Marcus's daughter, Alicia. She was the primary motivation behind his friend's desire to utilize the T virus. Alicia suffered from a rare illness that caused her to age quickly, and Marcus had hoped to use the T virus to heal her. However, all his experiments ended in failure, turning the test subjects into zombies.
Isaacs recalls one of the test subjects being a young boy, similar in age to Alicia, who suffered from the same illness as her. In Marcus's view, he was an ideal candidate for testing the T virus. However, the outcome was catastrophic; the boy transformed into a deadly zombie and attacked everyone around him until he was ultimately subdued by the Umbrella security team in a barrage of gunfire.
Isaacs quietly reflected, "I suppose Marcus was taken aback by the sight of a boy Alicia's age turning into a zombie, but he ought to understand by now that advancement often requires sacrifices." As he contemplated Alicia, his friend's daughter, he pondered whether he should eliminate her as well to put an end to it all. "Apologies, my dear friend, but this is strictly business," he thought.
Fast Forward
"You can't go through with this, Isaacs. My father would never support it," Alicia, James Marcus's daughter, said furiously as she glared at the plans Isaac had to reveal the T virus to the world.
They were in an office, with Isaac seated at a desk reviewing projects on a computer, while Alicia, in a wheelchair, was giving her adoptive father a fierce look.
With a weary sigh, Isaacs remarked, "I don't understand why this matters to you, Alicia. Even if I were to release the T virus to the public, you would still be safe here." He surveyed the fortified underground base of the Umbrella Corporation before continuing, "What could you possibly do to prevent me?"
Isaacs gazed at Alicia with a sympathetic expression, which only fueled her anger. At just twenty years old, she appeared to be in her fifties due to her illness. Her body was frail and weak, lacking energy, leaving her feeling quite powerless overall.
"Forget it, you won't escape the consequences of your actions," Alicia stated defiantly. In return, she received nothing but a dismissive gesture. Although she felt the urge to continue arguing in hopes of swaying Isaac's opinion, deep down she realized it would be pointless.
Isaacs observed Alicia as she rolled away in her wheelchair, feeling a sense of amusement. After taking her father's life, he had briefly thought about getting rid of her as well, but ultimately chose not to. He figured there was no point in expending effort on someone who was already so close to death.
Isaacs couldn’t help but feel a twisted sense of enjoyment in taking in the daughter of the man he had murdered. He was aware that Alicia at least had her suspicions about Marcus's death being at his hands, yet there was nothing she could do to confront him about it.
"Alicia must really lament the day she came into this world with such a frail body," Isaac remarked with a smirk, observing Alicia's struggles. She was not only aging quickly but also battling ailments typically associated with her physical age, such as arthritis and heart issues.
Isaacs gazed at the AI he designed to resemble a younger Alicia. He chose this appearance not out of any feelings for her, but rather so that Alicia would be reminded of her own beauty each time she saw the AI, which he named Red Queen. The intention was for her to feel a sense of despair when comparing it to her own aging reflection.
"Additionally, I have other matters on my mind," Isaacs remarked while gazing at an image of an unconscious, unclothed Naruto submerged in a tank filled with liquid. "What exactly are you?"
Isaacs discovered the blonde man following an explosion that shook Raccoon City. Initially, he suspected it might have been a meteor strike, but he was taken aback to find a blonde man lying in a crater so intensely hot that specialized heat-resistant suits were necessary to extract him.
“It’s been years, yet I still haven’t figured out what you really are,” Isaacs murmured while examining all the information he had collected on Naruto.
"His bones and tissues are beyond human, and he possesses a remarkable healing ability along with a unique energy coursing through him. He’s an entirely different type of being compared to humans," Isaacs remarked, sharing what little he understood about Naruto. "Furthermore, I subjected him to the T virus, and he showed no signs of mutation or any issues."
Isaacs contemplated the results of the blood samples, noting that the T virus had integrated with the subject seamlessly. "But why hasn't he regained consciousness?" he thought. The blonde man should have been fully recovered by now. Initially, Isaacs had administered drugs to keep him sedated, uncertain of how the man would respond to the experiments. However, as he analyzed the blood, it became clear that any sedatives he used would no longer be effective, especially now that the T virus had taken hold. "The brain scan indicates he isn't brain dead, so there must be another reason keeping him in this state of unconsciousness," he concluded.
Isaacs grumbled in irritation, "I experimented with his blood using the T virus on a few 'volunteers,' but they all ended up mutating and bursting apart." The volunteers were just random individuals he had abducted from the streets, and they transformed into monsters before exploding. "I even attempted to create clones of him, but they just disintegrated."
Isaac reflected on his inability to control the blonde man's abilities, yet he couldn't help but smile at his one achievement: "His sperm successfully fused with the clones of Alicia's eggs."
With a broad grin, Isaac contemplated his success in creating one hundred clones of Alicia. His initial strategy involved introducing one of them to the T virus; if she remained unchanged, he intended to set her free in Raccoon City after unleashing the virus into the air. He planned to observe whether the Alicia clone would transform into a monster or, perhaps, unexpectedly bond with the T virus, much like the blonde man had.
"That plan has been put on hold for the time being," Isaacs mused as he accessed a computer file displaying the underground lab where he stored all of Alicia's clones. They floated in tanks of liquid, exposed and at different stages of pregnancy. "At last, that woman Alicia is proving valuable to me; I'm relieved I chose not to eliminate her."
While Isaacs was observing the clones of Alicia, he was unaware that, despite their supposed lack of advanced cognitive abilities, they were all interconnected through the children they carried, forming a mental link with the fathers of those babies.
Mindscape
Lemon Scene Ahead
PLAP PLAP PLAP PLAP
The noise of skin making contact and the loud cries of multiple women echoed in the mental realm of Naruto Uzumaki.
The blonde and a hundred of his duplicates were involved in a wild party with attractive women, who he was surprised to discover were expecting his children.
When Naruto first arrived in this new world, he was barely aware of his surroundings before quickly losing consciousness due to fatigue. This world lacked chakra, and Kurama had to exert all his strength to keep Naruto intact during the dimensional transition, leaving both of them completely drained.
Kurama entered a state of dormancy to replenish his chakra, and Naruto had to provide him with some of his own chakra to assist in the process, which caused him to fall unconscious. During this time, Naruto began to sense his chakra emanating from nearby locations, and upon focusing on the source, he drew it into his mind, he was astonished to discover that it was a woman who appeared before him.
It was only after he brought the tenth clone of Alicia into his mind that he realized what was happening: someone was using his genetic material to create clones that lacked awareness.
Naruto was initially filled with rage, wanting nothing more than to get up and take down whoever was responsible for the situation. However, he held back, determined to ensure that Kurama was safe and awake before taking any action. A sly grin then appeared on his face as he observed the clones carrying his children.
As the possessor of the Yin and Yang seal, Naruto wielded powers related to life, creation, and the natural world. This enhanced all his abilities, including his talent for healing others, allowing him to effectively rejuvenate the minds of his clones.
As if on cue, the Uzumaki utilized his abilities to grant consciousness to all of his clones, sharing select memories with them so they could communicate. Through these connections, he gained insights about the world from the limited information provided by the scientist responsible for their care. The scientists, believing the clones lacked any brain activity, shared a considerable amount of information, not realizing that there was more to the clones than met the eye, as they was primarily focused on the development of the embryos within their bodies.
Naruto initially intended to utilize the clones to seize control of the facilities where they were imprisoned, anticipating that he would soon be able to fully stabilize Kurama. Once he achieved that, he and the clones would execute a surprise assault to eliminate all potential dangers.
"That was the intention, but who could have predicted that the clones would decide that, since they were carrying my child, I was their husband?" Naruto mused as one of Alicia's clones, whom he referred to as Alice 01, was energetically moving on top of him while he lay on his back. Another clone was sitting on his face, and two others were using his hands to pleasure themselves.
Naruto noticed that his clones, along with Alicia's copies, were thoroughly enjoying themselves. He referred to all the clones as Alice, assigning them numbers from 01 to 100. By using his chakra, he had tattooed these numbers onto them in the Mindscape. When he channeled his chakra to the spots where the tattoos were placed, which was over their hearts, the clone's tattoo would appear in the real world.
All around the Mindscape, scenes of sexual debauchery were taking place. Alice 02 was getting all three of her slutty holes pounded; she sat on the shaft of a clone of Naruto, with a second clone of the Uzumaki stuffing her asshole from behind and another with its rod down her throat, the most arousing part of it all is that she looked 6 months pregnant.
SLURP SLURP SLURP
Next to 02, Alice 03, who looked slightly chubby from her pregnancy, was sitting on a Naruto clone's face while she had two of the Uzumaki clone's rods down her throat. Her hands were wrapped around their hips, trying to keep them in place as she gagged on the two massive dicks.
The Mindscape of Naruto had Alices in various degrees of pregnancies mated with the one they thought of as their husband. This took place almost every time the blonde Uzumaki summoned them to his Mindscape, but they all knew that it was almost time for Naruto to finally awaken, and that thought sent shivers of pleasure down each of the Alices' spines. They could not wait to feel their husband's touch in the real world.

"Dammit, dammit, dammit," Alexander Isaacs was in a tough spot as he sprinted for his life. Beside him, Albert Wesker, a fellow scientist, was also fleeing. The reason for their panic? The blonde man they had discovered and conducted experiments on had come to life, and along with him, all the Alicia clones were on the attack, and they were furious.
The two men were sprinting down the corridor of Umbrella Corporation, aiming to reach the rooftop where a helicopter awaited to rescue them from this chaos.
"What in the world? How do they all have the T-virus?" Wesker exclaimed, glancing back to see a group of four Alicia clones rapidly closing in on them with astonishing speed. "Weren't they expecting when we last encountered them?"
"They were," Isaacs remarked in disbelief. "Did they really go into labor, give birth, and recover in under ten minutes?" His analytical mind was racing with possibilities. Could the pregnancy have transmitted the T virus variant from the blonde man to the clones, similar to a sexually transmitted disease?
Isaacs and Wesker sprinted until they encountered the blonde man they had captured and tested on previously, and he appeared to be quite displeased.
"It's great to see you both! Why don't you take a break from running and chat with us?" Naruto remarked with a mischievous grin. Wesker attempted to strike him at an astonishing speed, suggesting he had been infected with the T virus or something akin to it. However, Naruto, being a skilled shinobi and familiar with the T virus, easily overpowered him.
At that instant, the Alices arrived and quickly took care of Isaacs. Utilizing his recently acquired abilities from holding both Yin and Yang seals, Naruto delved into the memories of the two men to extract as much information as possible. To his disappointment, he found out that they were clones rather than the originals. They were oblivious to their actual identity, a realization that struck Naruto when he explored their memories and discovered that they had been manufactured and programmed within the facility.
The real Isaacs and Wesker were long departed, lurking in the dark and scheming. Naruto was convinced they had utilized the facility's cameras to monitor his and the clones' activities, but he knew it wouldn't benefit them when he eventually tracked them down.
Once Naruto and the Alicia clones secured the facilities, they introduced the original Alicia to him. She gazed at her clones with a mix of confusion and jealousy, which sparked an idea in Naruto's mind.
"Hi Ms. Marcus, I know you probably have many inquiries, but I believe I can assist you in obtaining what you desire, provided that you agree to collaborate with me," Naruto stated, glancing at the AI system known as the Red Queen. While he possessed some knowledge from the Isaacs and Wesker clones, he didn't fully understand all the technology in this world, and Alicia could be of assistance in that regard. "How about we strike a deal?"
Alicia regarded the blonde man with a mix of wariness and curiosity. "How do you know what I want, and what makes you think you can assist me in getting it?" she inquired, her skepticism evident as she spoke, feeling trapped in the body of an elderly woman.
"These are your clones, and I’m sure you’ve already realized that, but unlike you, they won’t age quickly," Naruto explained, glancing at a few of the clones who were still pregnant and others who were holding their children. "I can make you youthful like they are."
Alicia stared at her clones, her expression unreadable as she processed Naruto's words. Could he truly restore her youth? Her gaze traveled over her clones—some were pregnant while others cradled beautiful babies, experiences she had never had the chance to enjoy. She had never given birth; in fact, she was a virgin. She wondered what man would desire her as she aged, like fruit left to spoil.
"Alright, if you follow through with your part of the agreement, I'll comply with whatever you desire," Alicia remarked. She was aware that she might be making a deal with someone as ruthless as Isaacs, but she was exhausted from being unwell and trying to uphold a sense of nobility. She longed to feel like a beautiful young woman instead of the aging figure she saw in the mirror. "Make me beautiful, and I'll be yours."

A/N: I hope you enjoy the story! It was commissioned by a patreon and is essentially a crossover between Naruto and Resident Evil. Currently, the main pairing is Naruto and Alicia clones, but I might introduce additional female characters like Rain Ocampo (and her clones) and Jill Valentine if the story progresses.
Rain Ocampo - Umbrella special ops team
Jill Valentine - Raccoon City Police
