Chapter 1: One Bad Day

Village Hidden In The Leaves

BOOM BOOM BOOM

The Hidden Leaf Village was in chaos, explosions were occurring all over while the ninjas of the village tried to do damage control and protect the frightened civilians.

"What the hell could be happening?" a random male civilian exclaimed while running for his life. The village was vibrating as if an earthquake were happening every minute.

BOOM

Another explosion rocked the village, and to the civilians' and ninjas' horror, the Hokage monument was destroyed. Not only that, but the mountain it was carved in was erased.

"Oh sweet kami," a random female villager said softly, falling to her knees with blank eyes. She had come to realize they couldn't outrun whatever was the cause of this destruction. "What did we do to deserve this?"

The female villager's question was left unanswered as a male ninja grabbed her in his arms and started to bring her to the safety zone, but internally he wondered if the safety zone was truly safe.

All around, ninjas were fighting an army of cloaked enemies and losing badly, mostly due to the numerical advantage the enemies had over them; for every one Konoha shinobi, there are ten enemy ninjas.

"Shit, who the fuck is attacking us out of nowhere?" Kiba exclaimed. Even though he found the scent of the enemies confusing, they all had the same scent, which was somewhat familiar to him.

Kiba was fighting five enemies with Akamaru, but he realized he was not getting anywhere. The enemies had great teamwork, and they would cover each other when he attacked, so he could not even land a hit on them.

Shino, not too far away from Kiba, was frowning as his bugs were destroyed by a powerful wind jutsu that cut them to pieces.

Hinata looked at her enemies warily; she could not see what was under the cloak, which was shocking, but that fact also meant her gentle fist was useless because she could not see her enemies' chakra points.

All around, members of the rookie nine were having the same difficulties fighting the mysterious enemies.

Hokage Tower

In the Hokage tower, Tsunade Senju, the fifth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf, had a grim look on her face that was mirrored by every ninja present.

"Do you think it is him, my lady?" Shizune, the apprentice and adopted daughter, in a sense, to the Hokage asked. She had a conflicted look on her face.

"I have no doubt in my mind it is him," Tsunade replied with a scowl. "I can't believe he would do such a thing, but it can only be him."

"What are you going to do?" Kurenai asked awkwardly, as she knew what led up to all this, and she had to hide the look of annoyance that wanted to show itself in front of the Hokage. "You have to stop him before he destroys the village more than he already has."

"Don't you think I know that?" Tsunade snapped at Kurenai, making her flinch back. The female Senju reined in her temper while rubbing her temple because of the headache she was getting. "Look, I am sorry, Kurenai, but the brat is out of control and he thinks I have betrayed him, so he won't listen to me."

The Jounin in the room looked at the Hokage with various looks from disbelief to acceptance. They had heard what had happened between the female Hokage and the hero of the Leaf, Naruto Uzumaki, but they still could not understand how it came to this.

"I am going to stop him with my power of youth," Gai stated as he left the room in his wheelchair. Everyone raised an eyebrow at the man, wondering if he didn't realize how outmatched he was.

"Are one of you going to stop him?" Anko asked out of curiosity rather than concern; she had a wide grin on her face, enjoying this whole situation. "He is going to get his ass kicked."

Everyone in the room agrees that Gai, while still strong even though he is wheelchair-bound after fighting Madara in the Great Ninja War, was no match against Naruto, the Jinchuriki of Kyuubi, a sage, and an Uzumaki.

"Kakashi, go out there and make your student stop this madness," Inoichi said to the silver-haired masked man, but he was ignored as the silver-haired man read his perverted book for the hundredth time today.

"Um, did you say something?" Kakashi replied after he closed his book, looking at Inoichi, who had an annoyed look on his face.

"You heard me, you asshole," Inoichi exclaimed, being restrained by his teammates so he wouldn't attack Kakashi. "Go stop your student before he hurts my daughter, and if he does, I wouldn't forgive him or you for that matter."

"Why are you so angry at me? I was not the one responsible for this," Kakashi stated, not at all intimidated by Inoichi's threat. "Tsunade was the one who betrayed Naruto and is the only one who can stop this."

Everyone was silent at this and looked at the Hokage, who had her head bowed, and her hair shadowed her eyes, not allowing anyone to see into her eyes. They all knew Kakashi was right; she was the only one that could stop Naruto to undo what she caused.

"I will take care of this myself," Tsunade finally said as she got up to the window of her office and leapt out to find the original Naruto, whom she knew would be where this all started—the place where he thinks she betrayed him.

The Jounin within the room watched Tsunade go, then looked between the others, not sure if they should follow their Hokage or find a safe place for the chaos that is to come.

Ichiraku Ramen

Tsunade arrived at the closed ramen shop to see a cloaked individual she knew was the rogue shinobi Naruto Uzumaki.

"You have some nerve doing what you did," Tsunade growled at Naruto, who took off his hood, revealing his face with Kurama's red eyes filled with rage.

"I should be the one to say that, traitor," Naruto replied, his red eyes glowing with anger. "I should have killed you back when you betrayed me, but I was too soft-hearted. But today will be your last, old hag."

"What the hell did you call me, brat?" Tsunade exclaimed and charged at Naruto with her fist cocked back to deliver a devastating punch, but as she swung her fist, Naruto caught it with his hand glowing orange.

"Grit your teeth, old hag, because this is going to hurt," Tsunade's eyes widened. Naruto's free hand made a fist, and before she could react, it impacted her face, making her feel pain as her skull cracked, and she was sent flying into a building, then through several more before coming to a stop.

On the other side of Konoha, Gai was being thrown around like a ball by several Naruto clones. He had whirls in his eyes, begging to be saved, but then he saw Lee, his student, in the same situation as him, making him cry tears of sorrow and scream that the spring of youth had abandoned him.

Tsunade got herself to her feet, her face healed and glaring at Naruto as he glared back, both of them giving off enough killing intent to stop the hearts of all the animals nearby.

The charged at the other and was about to exchange blows, but Shizune appeared between them with some papers in her hands, making them both stop their attack inches from the black-haired apprentice's face.

"Stop, you two don't have to fight anymore," Shizune shouted, nervous at how close she came to dying. "I have paper from the Fire Daimyo removing the ramen ban from the Land of Fire."

This made Naruto and Tsunade stop for different reasons: Naruto because his favorite food was back, and Tsunade because she felt betrayed that her own student must have gone behind her back to get something like this approved.

"How could you, Shizune?" Tsunade exclaimed in fury as her apprentice, but the black-haired woman looked at her annoyed.

"Lady Tsunade, you should not have banned ramen in the Land of Fire because you were upset Naruto pranked you and removed your genjutsu so that everyone who came to your office saw your real looks," Shizune stated, then turned to Naruto. "Lady Tsunade may have abused her power, but you did a shitty thing to her; you know she is sensitive about her age."

Naruto looked guilty at Shizune's words, but he looked at the paper that allowed his favorite food back in his homeland, ramen, the food of the gods.

The Uzumaki thought over Shizune's words, and he started to feel guilty, so he looked at Tsunade. Even though he still couldn't forgive her for her betrayal, he would be the bigger man and apologize.

"I am sorry that I exposed your old ass," Naruto said, but it didn't sound apologetic; instead, it came off as an insult. "Maybe now you would retire and pass on the Hokage hat."

"Fuck you, brat! I am not old, and if I have to pass on my hat, it would not be to you after this stunt," Tsunade growled but took a breath to calm herself. "Look, I am sorry for overstepping and banning ramen, so stop your attack."

Shizune sighed in relief as it seemed that the two blondes had made peace with each other; they walked away like nothing happened, ignoring the destruction around them.

The civilians and ninjas alike who didn't know that this chaos was caused by ramen didn't know what to feel, so they burst out in laughter.

"This has to be a joke. Who would attack their home village because of ramen?" a random male villager stated through his laughter of disbelief.

"Naruto Uzumaki, that who would do that, the number one ramen-addicted ninja," Kakashi replied as he appeared next to the villager, scaring the shit out of the man. "Happy April Fools."

"Happy April fools," the villager repeated awkwardly, but internally he resolved to get out of this village because the people here are crazy.

A/N: This is just a story I came up with for April Fools' Day; it has no real plot, but it is basically Naruto turning evil because Tsunade banned ramen due to a prank he pulled on her. I hope you all like the story, and take care until next time.
