Chapter 22: Satan Candidates.

Underworld [New Satan Faction]....

Bael Territories...

The founder of the Bael clan, Zekram Bael, called a meeting with all the heads of the New Satan Faction to discuss the recent war between the Old Satan Faction and the Extra Demon Faction.

They were all gathered inside a massive coliseum-like structure that looked like arena gladiators would fight; the speaker was in the middle of the field, and the majority of the audience was in their seats.

"The war between the Old Satan and the Extra Demons has ended in the total loss of the Old Satan faction; we have learned that only Rizevim Livan Lucifer survived the battle, while the rest of the children of the original Satans perished," Ajuka Astaroth announces making the crowd erupt.

Ajuka left the stage after presenting what he had found, leaving the floor to Lord Bael as he returned to sit with his friends Sirzechs, Serafall, and Falbium.

Zekram had expected the war to go on for much longer, allowing the New Satan faction time to gather enough strength and eventually wipe out both of them, taking control of the underworld for themselves. Instead, the Extra Demon Faction managed to destroy the Old Satan faction within days.

"So what do we do now?" asked a random devil, and there it was, what should they do, thought Zekram Bael.

They have two options: They can attack the extra demon faction and try to destroy it, but there's the risk that they might end up like the old Satan faction; or they can do nothing and continue to build their strength until they are strong enough to take the underworld for themselves.

"Is it true that Naruto Satanchia is the leader of this new faction?" Lord Astaroth asked with a scowl on his face.

"It is indeed true, as my spy reported; he is the current leader of that faction," Zekram replied.

"I say we attack them as soon as possible and wipe them out of existence," Lord Astaroth said with an insane look on his face.

"That wouldn't be wise," Lord Gremory stated. "We know very little about their strengths, and they have defeated a faction more than twice their size in a short amount of time. Acting rashly could get us all killed."

"Well said, Lord Gremory. I made the right decision in allowing my daughter to marry you," Zekram said, looking proudly at his son-in-law's way of thinking.

"Why do we have to be careful?" asked Lord Phenex. "We have two Super Devils and at least two others that have the strength to rival the original Satan."

"That is true, but they are still young devils, while we are up against a faction that has one experienced Super Devil and several Devils that can rival the Original Satan's power." Lord Bael, the son of Zekram, explained.

Some of the devils looked confused, mainly the younger ones, while the older devil had a look of realization before it turned to horror.

"What do you mean? I thought that only me, Ajuka, and Rizevim were Super Devils; who is the fourth one," Sirzechs asked curiously about the fourth Super Devil's identity.

"First off, what is a Super Devil?" Zekram asked, looking around to see if anyone truly knew the answer.

"A Super Devil is a Devil that possesses abilities not usually seen in a normal Devil. For me, it's my abnormally high amount of demonic energy and my Kankara Formula. For Sirzechs, it's his massive demonic energy and his unnatural control over the power of destruction," Ajuka Astaroth replied.

"That is correct, Naruto Satanchia falls under that category; he was born with his clan's Power of Darkness and Divination, along with the ability to use chakra, ki, senjutsu, and touki," Zekram said but paused to let his words sink in. "Lord Lucifer also gifted him with a powerful Devil Gear. All in all, Naruto is a powerful enemy that we cannot go into a war unprepared for."

Lord Astaroth heard all this and grimaced after hearing about Naruto's power; he just teleported away, leaving Lady Astaroth alone with Ajuka and his youngest son. The Lady of the house ignored her husband's absence and just hugged her eldest son's arm, not acknowledging the presence of the youngest son, Diodora Astaroth.

Ajuka didn't try to pull away from his mother, it wasn't like it was anything new, ever since he can remember his mother always told him that he would be a powerful important devil while she ignored Diodora completely leaving their father and maids to raise him.

At first Ajuka thought his mother was only giving him special attention because he was a Super Devil, but he felt that there was more to it than that and it had something to do with Naruto Satanchia.

"They also have more Satan class devils on their side than ours, while we have the pure numbers advantage, but it doesn't mean that we will win," Zekram stated.

Zekram Bael knew that for now it was best to build their strength and get ready for the war that would come in the future; therefore, he decided to do nothing.

Satanchia Mansion [Clan Head Office]...

Naruto was going through some paperwork while his mind was elsewhere, specifically on choosing three candidates to fill the gaps in the Extra Demon Faction as the other three Satans.

The blonde had several choices such as Mephisto Pheles, Isha Satanchia his mother, Grayfia Satanchia his first wife, Lord Abaddon, Lord Belphegor and Lord Mammon.

Naruto knew that some might view it as favoritism if he chose his mother and wife but they both possessed the power and mindset to be competent leaders.

Another issue the faction has is their low numbers, as devils have a low birth rate, which means it will take forever to gain enough devils without increasing the birth rate.

Naruto looked at the palm of his hand where there was a sun symbol; he had recreated the Yang seal on his hand. The blonde knew that it could be used to heal the sick and injured, but he wasn't sure if it would work on increasing a devil's fertility. He would have to test it out later.

"Sweetie, what are you doing? I hope you aren't slacking off," Lady Isha's voice rang through the room as she came inside.

"No, I am just thinking about a few things," Naruto stated.

"Like what exactly?" Lady Isha asked curiously; there were many issues they had to deal with, but everything seemed calm at the moment.

"Like choosing the other satans and figuring out how to raise our numbers," Naruto replied, making his mother raise an eyebrow at the second thing he said; yes, their numbers were low, but was it such a pressing issue to address immediately?

"You're worrying too much," the former Lady of the Satanchia House stated.

"I have to, or else many will die," Naruto stated. "And right now, we're a very small faction compared to our enemies who will use their numbers against us."

"Sigh...maybe you are right, but worrying won't change anything. Let's focus on finding a solution for this issue later." Lady Isha said before changing the subject. "So, who will you choose as the new Satan?"

"I have a few ideas, but I think I will let the people choose who they want to lead them by letting them vote for their leaders." Naruto said to Lady Isha, surprised, as this was highly unusual, devils normally let the strongest lead.

"I don't know if I like that idea or not, but it is your decision," Lady Isha stated before the room fell silent.

Lady Isha watched her son work and couldn't help but lick her lips; he had grown much stronger and more attractive, now that her husband was dead there was nothing keeping her back from satisfying her lust for him.

Fast Forward...

Underworld [New Eden]...

Naruto stood inside the newly built Headquarters building, designed specifically for the leaders of the Extra Devil clans to convene and create new laws governing their united front.

It was a massive circular building with many seats for the audience, with a space in the middle for whoever was speaking.

Right now, Naruto was standing there, looking around at everyone; the blonde was gathering his thoughts on what he was about to announce, it would change many things, but he felt it would be for the better.

"My fellow Devils, we are at the stage in the development of our faction that we must make some hard but necessary decisions," Naruto stated before pausing to let his word sink in. "I have found six candidates from the ranks of the next generation of Satans, besides myself of course."

"I was going to go choose them on my own, but I decided to let you all have a say in who will be your new leaders," Naruto announced, shocking everyone present since this had never been done before. "The six candidates are Mephisto Pheles, Isha Satanchia, my mother, Grayfia Satanchia, my first wife, Lord Abaddon, Lord Belphegor, and Lord Mammon."

"We will reconvene here in a week and hold a vote on the next Great Satan," Naruto said before going into the other subjects that needed to be addressed before he dismissed everyone.

The meeting was long, but in the end Naruto was satisfied with everything that was said; the blonde just had one more thing he had to do, which he would do in a more private setting.

Satanchia Mansion [Master Bedroom]...

After Naruto had made his announcement, he had given the Extra demons time to gather their thoughts and they will come back in a week so that they can come to a decision on their own.

Naruto had dismissed the meeting and returned home with his family; he went into his bedroom, followed by his wife.

Naruto used his magic to remove his clothes except for his boxers as he sat on the edge of his bed and turned to his brides with a sharp look in his eye.

Naruto eyed his wives bodies even after all these years together, he still found them to be the most beautiful women he had ever seen.

They were all lined up side by side, with their chests out, and each of them with their hands behind their backs, presenting their bodies to their shared husband.

Naruto ordered them to strip and got a "yes sir" as a reply from all of them.

The blonde watched them remove all their clothes with lustful eyes until they were fully naked; Naruto unconsciously licked his lips.

Naruto used his sensory abilities to see if there was any change within his wives, but he found none; again, it was too early to tell if they were pregnant. But if his Yang Seal mixed with his magic worked to increase the fertility of devils, it would solve the problem of their low numbers in a few hundred years.

Naruto had Grayfia on his left arm, Mio on his right, and Maria lying down on top of him; letting her warmth lull him to sleep.
