Chapter 2: War Hammer

Marley [Liberio internment zone]...

The blonde had only found out that she had the power of the War Hammer Titan by chance, but it made his mission a little easier. He originally wanted to destabilize the nation so that the neighboring countries would attack, causing a war that would divert the focus from Paradis.

Now all he has to do is seduce Lara and get her to go with him. If that fails, he'll kidnap her and plant evidence to make it look like it was an done by another nation.
