A New Path in the Force (CH 2)

Chapter 2: What Happens on Nar Shaddaa, Stays on Nar Shaddaa.

We saw the crew of three humanoid beings all in the control room of the spaceship Konoha. The blonde captain, lazily looking at Ahsoka meditating, sat in his chair. A red Twi'lek, whom she later discovered was named Talon, monitored the ship's systems as they approached Nar Shaddaa.

"What are you doing?" Naruto asked the former Jedi Padawan.

"You told me to meditate," Ahsoka replied, not really all that into this part of her training.

"Sigh," the blonde said, not impressed with her as she was just doing what all Jedi did; meditate and focus on the Force. "You're doing it wrong."

"What do you mean? I'm doing it just as I was taught," she replied, not understanding what he meant.

"I know that's why I said you're doing it wrong, when Jedi meditate they try to find inner peace by focusing on the Force and hoping something will happen, what I want you to do is relax and try to connect to your mind and spirit," the blonde answered her.

"So, how do I do that?" Ahsoka asked, feeling frustrated because she didn't understand what the blonde meant.

"What the big idiot is trying to say is that he wants you to gain access to your own mind and organize your memories and feelings," Talon answered for the blonde as she saw Ahsoka nod in understanding of what the blonde had said.

"Yeah, what she said," Naruto replied after listening to Talon explain what he wanted Ahsoka to do. "But I guess it would be hard for you to do that on your own, so I guess I'll give you a hand until you can do it on your own."

Naruto went over to where Ahsoka was sitting in a meditation position. He then sat down across from her, placing his hand over her chest, where her heart and breasts lay. She was about to yell at the blonde for feeling her up and not taking the training seriously, but he silenced her with a look and ordered her to close her eyes and focus within herself. She did as told and found herself back at the Jedi Temple. Naruto appeared next to her.

"Wow, you're really attached to this place? Usually your inner plane would be the place you feel most comfortable or it reflects your state of mind," Naruto stated as he looked around.

"What do you mean by the inner plane and how did we get here", Ahsoka asked confused.

"This place is basically the reflection of your soul and mind," the blonde explained. "I got here when I helped you connect to this place. I also got dragged here." He paused for a moment before continuing. "Now let's find where your memories are stored."

They entered the temple, and the blonde told Ahsoka to focus on a pleasant memory she had there. She did that by thinking about when she became a Padawan, but she got sad after remembering how they had turned their backs on her. The blonde noticed the change in her mood, but didn't comment; instead, he focused on a door in the temple that swung open by itself. He entered the room and found a library of books - some on the shelves and others scattered around everywhere. Sweating, the blonde looked at the disarray and realized just how disordered Ahsoka's mind was. He turned to her and gestured forward.

"Okay, so what I want you to do is to sort all these memories into order, but remember these memories may have strong feelings attached to them - some good and some bad," the blonde warned. "While you are doing that, I am going to get out of here. Good luck."

"Hey, wait!" Ahsoka shouted, but the blonde was already gone. "You didn't even tell me how to get out of here," she mumbled to herself.

"Sigh, I guess I better get started," she said as she looked around the room, grabbing a book. She was suddenly assaulted with a memory of her time training in the temple when she was younger. She sorted through the books, starting with those from her earliest days as a youngling. There were so many books; she knew it would take many visits here to finish.

As Ahsoka was going through her memories, Naruto returned to his body and saw they had arrived at Nar Shaddaa. He walked over to Talon and gave her a smack on the ass, to which she yelped and hissed at him.

"Don't think I'll forget about that comment about you calling me stupid," the blonde said to her playfully. He reached forward and pulled her into a kiss; she struggled at first but eventually melted into it.

"You are such a jackass," she told him as they broke the kiss and she rested her head on his shoulder.

"I know, but that's one of the reasons you love me," Naruto replied cockily.

"Hmm, you're lucky you are good in bed" the Twi'lek said before they broke apart.

"Now get ready, I want to get the information from that slicer I hired fast and get off this shithole as soon as possible," the blonde ordered.

"Aye, aye Captain," Talon said mockingly, but jumped when the blonde gave his ass another hard smack.

"More getting ready, less sass," the blonde said to her with a smile, as she glaring at him.

Talon walked back to get ready to depart as the blonde just remembered he didn't teach Ahsoka to leave her mind but he figured if she did not wake up by the time he and talon came back with the information then he would wake her.

When Talon returned, she was wearing a tight short skirt that gave you a peek of her panties every time she took a step. She wore a tight strapless top that showed off all of her midsection, including her nipples, which were clearly visible. Finally, she wore high heels. All in all, she looked like a prostitute.

The blonde took a look at her, as she had a sexy smirk on her face. He just walked over to her and pulled her into a hot wet kiss. She moaned in the kiss, as the blonde's hand went to her ass, feeling her soft flesh. They separated, needing to breathe, but the blonde kept his hand on her ass, while hers was around his neck.

"So, I guess you like what you see, Blondie," the Lethan Twi'lek stated as she could feel his erection on her stomach.

You are so lucky," he said. "I want to get off this rock as soon as possible, or I would have taken you back to my room and rearranged your insides." The blond growled, his eyes flashing dangerously.

"Promises, promises," Talon replied with a smirk on her face.

"Let's get this over with," the blonde said as he let go of Talon and reached into his pocket, pulling out a collar with the Uzumaki clan symbol on it. He placed it around her neck. He did that because he didn't want anyone to try anything; Nar Shaddaa was a place of crime and corruption. A Twi'lek without an owner walking the streets was like asking to be kidnapped.

"It looks like someone feels insecure", Talon said, touching the collar. But she didn't seem bothered by it.

The blonde simply placed his hand on her neck and pulled her face closer until their noses touched. "I just don't want anyone to touch what is mine," he stated, looking into her eyes, causing her to become flustered. Naruto let go of talon as he gathered his weapons.

The blonde started to exit the ship, and Talon followed after getting her senses back. When they were off the ship, the blonde activated the ship's defense system.

"So how long do you think it will take for someone to try to kidnap you?" the blonde asked jokingly.

"Screw you, idiot," Talon replied before her shoulders slumped in a sigh. "Maybe within an hour."

"Hahaha," Naruto said before he put his arm around her and whispered to her, "I can blame them for wanting to keep you for themselves."

Talon Huff glared at the blonde but had a slight smile on her face. The two continued as they walked through the slums, seeing people getting mugged and women prostitutes of all races from humans to Twilek to which Talon's eyes twitched when a man approached her to buy her services. The blonde almost died laughing but had to stop when talon was about to beat the man to death.

"Let's see that Hacker and get off this shithole," the Lethan Twi'lek grumbled, glaring at everyone who tried to approach her.

"I told you this place was the ass-end of the galaxy," the blonde said, laughing at Talon's clear annoyance to which all he got back was a look that promised she will get him back later.

The blond Human and red Twi'lek made their way to a casino in the shadier part of town. The blond sat at a table with Talon standing behind him. He asked the dealer to cut him in as they began to make wagers.

After an hour, the blonde had beaten almost everyone at the table and amassed a small fortune in winnings. The people who had lost their money were all glaring at the blonde with evil intent, but he continued to smile. The blonde felt he had enough winnings, so he cashed out and began to leave.

In the street, some of the people who had lost their money followed the blond and his companion. The blonde turned into an alley, and moments later screams of pain were heard. The blonde walked out, Talon following close behind them as they made their way to the slicer.

"So why did we have to go to a casino to get credits? We had more than enough on the ship to pay the slicer," Talon asked the blonde. She didn't understand why they wasted so much time that could be used to get what they wanted and get off this planet.

"Oh that's easy," he replied, still smiling. "Why should we use our own money when we can take it from the scum who live here?"

"Sigh, whatever. Let's just get the information from that slicer," Talon said, tired of the blonde's antics.

They continued walking to the hacker's apartment and noticed the door was kicked in. They hurried inside only to find the dead body of the slicer, who was a female Mirialan. It looked like she was tortured; her hands were cut off and she had many wounds all over her body, but not on her head, indicating that whoever did this wanted her mind to be intact.

Well, shit. What are we supposed to do now that she's dead?" Talon asked the blonde. Naruto just looked at the body before he said anything.

"I have an idea, but it's going to be dangerous," the blonde answered. "I will need you to protect my body while I am in a meditative state."

"Why do you want to meditate at a time like this?" Talon further inquired, "Now isn't the time for that; we have to find out who did this and get the information the slicer provided."

"I am not exactly going to meditate," Naruto replied as he sat on the ground getting ready to enter into a trance-like state. He gave Talon a look that said he would explain later, so just trust him. Talon huffed but said nothing. After a few minutes passed, the blonde was glowing with energy from the Force.

24 hours ago...

Naruto appeared in the form of a force ghost within the slicer's apartment. She was busy typing on her computer and didn't seem to notice him, which amused him slightly. He made his way over to her until he was standing right next to her.

Naruto took a deep breath before he yelled "Boo!" startling the slicer, who jumped out of her seat and pulled out a blaster to fire at whoever had spoken. However, when she saw Naruto, she became even more frightened.

"A ghost," she stuttered out, looking ready to faint.

Naruto saw that he might have gone too far and raised his hand in surrender before sitting down on the floor in front of her.

"Look, I know this may seem strange, but I am not a ghost," Naruto said. "I am from the future, and I have come to save your life."

The slice hit where Naruto had to admit that what he said sounded better in his head.

"Okay, so that isn't much better than being a ghost. Well, the ability I used was Flow-Walking, but in any event I came here to give you a warning; someone is going to come here very soon to try and kill you." The blonde continued to try to convince her.

The slicer looked skeptical but didn't say anything, she just stared and waved her hand through Naruto's image to see if it was a hologram.

"You need to leave here right now before whoever is going to kill you gets here, and don't forget to take the information I hired you to gather for me. I contacted you under the name KonohaFox11 a few weeks ago." Naruto said as his image started to fade.

Naruto regained consciousness as he looked around and saw he was still in the slicer's apartment, but the body of the slicer was gone. The place was even more of a mess than before, as if someone had been searching for something. Talon stood beside him, he gave her a drained look and was pale.

"Looks like what you were trying to do failed, Blondie," the Lethan Twi'lek teased, but the worry in her eyes betrayed her.

"I suppose it would look so from your perspective but it worked, the ability I used was called Flow-Walking, it's a force ability that allows the user to see the past and future as well as the ability to make some minor changes," the blonde explained what he did to Talon, earning him a blank face.

"I'm too young to deal with this shit," she said, already used to the craziness that came from being around the blonde. "So where is she now?"

"I have no idea," the blonde replied with a cheery smile.

Talon just hit the blonde on the head, before explaining that using an ability like that is dangerous and has many consequences. He said he gave the Slicer his contact name and was hoping she would respond when he contacted her back on the ship.

the duo made there way back to the ship but talon was stop multiple times by man trying to get her to go with them some fun to which she responded by beating them bloody. the blonde had a good laugh, untill she turned her wraith on him give him a few lumps on the head.

Back on the ship the blonde look sideways to see Ahsoka still meditating but pay her no mind as she would be fine just exhausted afterwards. he went to the controls to contact the slicer after a while her got a response, the image of the slicer came up on his screen with her looking at him funny.

"It's good to see you still alive; I guess you took my warning and went somewhere safe." The blonde said.

"Who the hell are you? Are you some Jedi or something?"the slicer asked.

"I am something," she answered, "now do you have the information I hired you for?"

"It's your fault the crazy chick was after me; the information you were sending out was sending signals to all the wrong people," she shouted back, getting angrier that she could have been killed.

"What crazy chick?" Talon asked her.

"I have a camera set up in my place just in case someone breaks in; I can send you the video feed with her now," she said as the video of what happened played. They saw a bald Dathomir looking for something all over before leaving after not finding what she was after.

"Are you still on the planet? We can come and pick you up and take you somewhere safe," Naruto offered.

"Why should I trust you? You could be working with that bald bitch for all I know," she replied, unwilling to put her life in danger.

"Because what other choice do you have? You're still on the planet, from what I can tell, which means you don't have a way off. And whoever that Dathomirian is, she isn't going to give up easily. We're the only way you're getting out of this alive." The blonde stated seriously.

The slicer remained silent for a moment before speaking, "Come alone to this location; I will meet you there." The message continued, "Try anything funny and I will disappear." A map with a location indicator appeared before the feed was cut.

"You're not seriously going to go alone are you" the red Twi'lek asked.

"Yes, I am," Naruto said. "We can't afford to lose the Slicer with that information. But in the meantime, you can wake Ahsoka up while I'm away."

"So I'm on babysitting duty," she said while folding her arms under her breasts and turning her head.

Naruto chuckled before he walked up to her and grabbed her ass cheeks, pulling his hand inside her shorts onto her bare skin. He then pulled her into a wet kiss, Talon melted into the kiss before the blonde pulled back.

"If you do a good job, I will reward you later," he said as he got up to go get the slicer so that they could leave the planet.

Talon just stood there for a moment before saying to herself in a whisper "Be careful you stupid blonde and make sure and come back to me." She then went to wake Ahsoka up and prayed for the blondes safe return.
