Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

We hope you enjoy the video!

"What kind of a**hole moves a cone??" literally you Jimmy lol

I think that “couple” aren’t really the owners of the house, just ppl hired to look like normal ppl. A normal couple wouldn’t allow that. Plus with all the modifications done, including the tunnel in between the houses, leads me to believe Gus owns both houses.

I love that we finally get a Kim and Mike scene, its a long time coming tbh. Also the guy Spooge in the nail salon is the guy whose head gets crushed by an ATM in Breaking Bad. He seems to be a lot more cleaned up and put together here. If you notice at the end, the guy walking into "Gus's house" in the tunnel looks strikingly similar to Gus and dressed in the same clothes. That house that Gus supposedly lives in is a decoy house and he actually lives in the house next door with that couple who are also decoys. The couple lives there and goes about a daily routine to make it seem to the public eye that the house is theirs so no one would go there looking for Gus if they tried to find his home and get him there. And if anyone does go to the house that they think belongs to Gus, all they'll find is that body double. And to top it off, Gus has every square inch of both houses covered in cameras and surveiled 24/7. So it actually even helps make the moment in Breaking Bad where Walt goes up to Gus's house with the intent to kill him and gets stopped by the phone call from Mike telling him to go home before he even reached the lawn make sense, because now we know Walt had no chance of getting Gus in that moment. That's also why he was so comfortable having Walt and Jesse in his "home". There was never any real risk involved cause Gus was 25 steps ahead.

I think his character could have and should have found a way back across the border, and tried to turn the tables on Gus. He probably had enough money on him to pay one of those mules/pickup trucks to find his way home, like the one that Lalo was going to use until he changed his mind. Nacho looked and spoke like a native, so he could have further disguised himself. But I guess BCS had a limited budget and didnt want to stretch out the season, although they could have, and put together a big shootout involving Nacho, Gus and Mike.

His character looks so different when hes not completely lost to drugs I wouldn't have recognised him if he hadn't said his name. Also seems like he has a bit of street credibility which ties into when Jessie got street famous for supposedly smashing his brains in. Also ties into when Walter goes to Saul for the first time he said he knows the story is fake since they're his clients.

I think it was special that Rhea got to direct Kim and Mike's first proper scene together. Also I like to think in an alternate reality they would have been an incredible father/daughter duo!!!

Paul Walker

Everyone on pins and needles over Lalo except for Jimmy. I wish Kim had given him some sort of heads up. The whole Gus's house and the neighbors house was good. Surveillance and a way to get out without anyone knowing. Concerned for Jimmy and Kim. Glad Mike had men watching Kim. Stakes are getting higher. I agree this is rough not mentioning Nacho again, but this is cartel stuff and people ruthlessly off each other. Nacho choosing to take his own life was sadly one of the only choices he had around the Salamancas with Gus watching as well.

Lyn Hurst

This episode was directed by Rhea Seehorn btw, Kim's actress. I think she did a great job.

John Robles

Lalo wasn't been on screen for the last 3 episodes and everybody is loosing their shit. Especially Gus, man looks like he's about to have a heart attack and just die of stress. Which honestly made me rethink that scene with Hector a couple episodes ago where Hector "slipped" the info that Lalo was alive but honestly now that i think about it, Lalo's plan cannot be a surprise direct attack, he needs proof and if his plan is not to attack Gus directly then fuck it we might as well let Gustavo know he's alive. Just him, so that he starts loosing his shit and maybe slip or make a mistake somewhere. So, I don't know it for sure but I wouldn't be surprised if Hector giving him a hint was planned.

Pablo

Gus is paying that couple to use the house next door to his, so if someone shows up at his place, he has a safe place to go and has a way of getting in and out of his house without anyone noticing.

John Neiberger

The guy in the nail salon, Spooge, is the one getting his head crushed by the ATM later in Breaking Bad btw :D
