Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync. Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen. Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0. Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:
Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

A few references - Mike used the “Dave Clark” alias in BB when he’s trying to find out where Frings laptop is being stored. Also detective Robert’s is a reoccurring character from BB. He is Hank’s friend from the Police depth - he helps skyler search for Walt when he has his “fugue state”, and he’s the one who hands Gale’s lab notes over to hank to look over when hes still bed ridden.

2025-05-02 13:35:42 +0000 UTCagreed- i noticed how its also something jimmy is doing entirely alone. its like a dark way of venting or something. i think its the shows way of reminding you that as easy as it is to root for jimmy and become okay with all the shit he's done, he actually is a bad person and not to lose sight of that. howard really does nothing wrong so far this whole series. he's clearly just a guy who has dedicated his whole life to being a good lawyer and is clearly depressed that he's not happy with how things are and then jimmy is here destroying his career and property. hate it

Jimmy's subtle rivalry with Joey (camera guy) is so funny to me. dude does not put up with any of Jimmy's shit lol It's funny how if Jimmy wasn't so committed to being a piece of shit conman lawyer he would thrive as a film director lol - he knows what good looks like

I'd actually take this further and refer back the conversation Mike had with Pryce in season 1 about good and bad people being on both sides of the law. This topic is very well explored through Jimmy's eyes. Jimmy spent a lot of time on the right side of the law, working with and for people in fancy suits, with fancy degrees who are supposed to be good, but he realised that these people are often backstabbing and don't hesitate to take every opportunity to take advantage of you. He also saw that people on the wrong side of the law are often more honourable than the supposedly "good ones". One of the best examples to illustrate this is when Jimmy asks the Vamonos Pest guy to steal that German item from the office and sell it on the black market. He ends up getting more money for it then Jimmy initially anticipated without him knowing, and gives Jimmy exactly half of it. Jimmy remarks that this is more than they agreed and the guy admits he got compensated more and thanks Jimmy for giving him the opportunity in the first place. Jimmy was taken aback by it because the guy could have kept the money for himself and he would have never known, so he realises that these people who are often labelled as criminals are much more honourable and straight than the ones claiming to be on the good side of the law, which is why I think the line between the 2 is so blurred for him.

Nacho, Lalo, and Kim add SOOOO much to the Breaking Bad universe. I love Kim and Nacho, and Lalo just has a way about him. He's just... captivating.
