Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

We hope you enjoy the video!

Jackson would have died from probably 2 things. The percussion of the grenade blast could have done internal damage. Also, the flash fire in the face would have burnt his airway. Then it started swelling and closed his airway off.

In reality Webster was welcomed back. He was good friends with Johnny Martin

The crazy part about Websters treatment as a "replacement guy" is that he actually parachuted to Normandy on D-Day and got wounded a few days later. Came back to his company later just to parachute into Netherlands and took part to the Operation Market Garden. Got wounded again in Netherlands, getting shot by a machine gun to his leg. Was evacuated to a hospital and sent to England to recover. So dude got wounded twice, came back for a third time and still got treated (well at least in the show he did, not 100% sure if it was completely true in real life) like a replacement just because he wasn't at Bastogne.

I can't see that anyone else has commented about it. With the confusion around Lt Jones getting a promotion so quickly, Nix said "they're promoting you to 1st Lieutenant, they want you on staff up there". What this means is that they're essentially promoting him to a non-combat role, in strategy/supply/logistics. Very similar to what they did to Sobel in the first episode. It's not a punishment, or even a reward necessarily, it was just putting the right people in the right places. He got some experience on the patrol, but he wasn't really the right person to be a combat leader.

Morgan Payne

Please be aware that episode 9 can be very triggering. Be prepared.

a little tidbit about Webster. when he said he couldn't get back to them quicker it was because I believe he was doing rehab in England..a lot harder to get back to the line from there compared to a field hospital....i can't wait for you guys to finish the series...I hope you do the Documentary...its basically an episode 11

I think the reason that Sergeant Martin was angry with Webster was because Sergeant Martin wasn't originally going to be part of the patrol until Webster told Lt Jones to approach Winters again. Sergeant Martin saw Lt Jones exchange a look of gratitude towards Webster.

The lieutenant graduated from West Point, which is the U.S. Military Academy. Graduates from West Point graduate as officers, unlike infantrymen who start at the lowest rank and have to work their way up. That's why the young guy came in with a higher rank despite having no experience.

Paul De'Armond

that's epic! I don't think we noticed 😅

The "baby" lieutenant was Tom Hanks son

Make sure to have some tissues nearby for the final 2 episodes

Easy Company's combat record during the war, much of which you've seen depictions of by now, is why they are such legends in American WW2 history, they were one of the very few units that were in virtually every single major battle, it was also the reason that Stephen Ambrose chose to write the original book Band of Brothers

Sarah

Hi guys. Did you notice lieutenant Jones looked suspiciously like Tom Hanks? 😂 Probably you already knew but that was his son, Colin Hanks. Looking forward to you seeing the next 2 episodes, which are really good
