Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

We hope you enjoy the video!

Why are they so obsessed with Sobel? He is a villain, the company hates him. The NCO's were willing to be executed rather than follow him into battle, he was petty and pathetic. I think they totally missed what the purpose of Sobel's character was.

Cody Green

In episode 1, Bull was the soldier that asked if Sobel hates Easy Company and Winters replied he just hates ‘you’

Tim

Spartan: " This intro is too long it should end here." Sits still and takes in the brilliance of the rest without saying a word. ❤️ You will love the intro more and more and recognize more and more of it.

The commands they call inn over the radio "Black two, there clicks 200.." stuff like that is info to the artillery on where to hit the Germans. The German artillery has the same idea and hit the Americans directly after. 😊 I have seen the series about ten times and I think the last two times or so is when I finally have all the guys like covered and know them by name, it's so fun to discover all we see of them all through the series when you know who is who, it's like uncovering more and more every time. The next two episodes are my favourites I think. They are all very very good, but these are next level.

Helene Ring Teppan

Yeah! I realized that too! So fitting!

Ironically enough as I watched Episode 4 and 5 (today) they were commemorating the 80th anniversary of Market Garden and this December will commemorate the 80th anniversary of The Battle of the Bulge (end of Episode 5, all of Episode 6, Bastone and 7 The Breaking Point).

John Thomas

The end of the episode does a really good job of building up for the Bastogne episode, which is one of the more memorable ones for me. Looking forward to watching!

I don’t know if it’s been said yet by anyone on any of the other videos but since you’re watching both of these shows at the same time, a fun fact, Lt Winters actor Damian Lewis was married to Polly’s actress Helen McCrory from Peaky Blinders.

Christopher

Can’t wait for episodes 6 and 7! Probably my favorites of the series

Noah Catalino

I am in the middle of a Homeland rewatch. It is even better than I remember.

Lyn Hurst

I felt like you two Spartan and Pudgey, 48 hours is nothing. Hardly enough time to transition from a work week to a weekend let alone from the middle of battle to sipping a coffee and reading a paper. It would seem like driving super fast and then just coming to a full stop. Neither the body nor the mind adjust right away.

Lyn Hurst

I am in the middle of a rewatch of Homeland. I started after we started this because Damian Lewis reminded me of it. So sad Helen passed away fairly young.

Lyn Hurst

I picked up on it once we stopped recording. I can never remember which Jimmy is which

CpaSpartan Pudgey

Damian Lewis is such a fantastic actor. Watching this again with you is really making me want to watch Homeland again. Another great series for you someday.

John Neiberger

"We're paratroopers. We're supposed to be surrounded" Might be my favorite quote from this entire series.

crispy chicken

hahaha <3

Pudgey, it was Jimmy Fallon (not Kimmel) but good spot 👌🏾

Deepan Nathan

oh holy shit thats crazy! what a dynamic duo!!

CpaSpartan Pudgey

I’m not sure if anyone’s mentioned it yet, but Damian Lewis (Capt. Winters) was married to Helen McRory (Aunt Pol, Narcissa Malfoy) for like 14 years, and had been together for nearly twenty, with two children, when she died. It feels appropriate to be watching this at the same time as Peaky Blinders

Katie Thomas

“Spartan & Pudgey: Come for the intros, stay for the reactions!” I freakin love you two so much 🤣
