Its drawing closer, keep your strength soldier. Its a huge commitment and a very big thing for any reaction channel, so they just want to make sure they have a good window to do it well and do it right. We have lots of SW fans in the community and mod team, you have not been forgotten. =)

As far as here on patreon, its a bit hard to maintain since Patreon doesn't have mod tools. Best we can do is ask people to be nice, and we usually get one of 3 results depending on the person: 1. they follow through 2. They ignore it 3. They yell at me and say im trying to censor them and their free speech

I can't say anything about Apes bc I only saw the first 2 so I'm just going off what I see in the comments about people not being a fan of them either. So, it's quite the conundrum lol

The reality is some people really like JP 2 and 3, some people don't like PoTA or only like the first one or two. Some people wanted just JP1 and JW1, some wanted JP1, JP2 and JW, some people wanted JP1-3 and JW1 as a standalone on another poll. Its complicated. S&P look at a LOT of variables when deciding which movies to put in a movie series. They look at how the reactions for each movie perform on youtube, they look at community demand, they sometimes get input from the mod team, they look at other things, and ultimately they decide what THEY think they would like to watch or how they want to set it up.

For you, you will have to wait 2 weeks if JP wins because you like 1 of 3. Some people like 2 of the 3, some people like 3 of the 3. Some people like just 1 or 2 of the Apes films, some like all of them. Some like none of them, which means those people have to wait for 4 weeks. There are multiple comments not far below this one of people saying they are happy 2 and/or 3 are being watched. There are multiple comments lamenting JP, and multiple lamenting PotA, and some lamenting watching beyond PotA1 or JP1. This is not a complex concept to understand. This is why we have polls. Theres been a number of weeks where I had zero interest in the movie or movies that won. Other people were feeling the same way when I've had mine win. Just gotta deal and move forward. If you want to suggest which movies are in certain movie series sets, no one is stopping you or anyone from doing that, and that feedback is collected.

JP1 : 8.2 PotA 1 : 7.6 PotA 2 : 7.6 PotA 3 : 7.4 PotA 4 : 6.9 JP2 : 6.6 JP3 : 5.9 So as you can see, PotA is a much stronger series of films overall and the JP series are just hype for the first one. Rip, we are gonna have to wait two weeks because of this.

The rest of the movies in the franchise are just not worth reaction videos to IMO, especially for a young channel that has barely scratched the surface of movies to react to, on top of being a channel focusing on series over movies to begin with.

They were directed by Matt Reeves who did The Batman and for what I've heard, they liked that movie. The action and the vfx are pretty good which are basically the reason someone would watch the jurassic park movies lol except the sequels are way better than the JP sequels

We don't get that many movies as it is (once a week at most - which is what I'm mostly here for). I think the 1st Jurassic Park and then the 1st Jurassic World would be cool. Those 2 are the best movies in the entire Jurassic Park/World franchise. The newer Apes series is definitely better overall IMO.

I get that almost all the other franchises had 1 or 2 movies that are pretty much perfect (alien, aliens, T2, JP1, IJ3 BttF2) but all of them have at least one that is trash maybe even two. Whereas Planet of the Apes i think is the only one that is pretty solid all the way, not perfect but it doesn't have one movie that is straight up bad.
