I don't think RDP1 will be too competitive because SP won't get 90% of the references and its basically Reference: The movie. If yo don't get the majority of the references well..the rest of the movie is pretty thin.

The point of the new system is more variety so people don't feel left out and we aren't doing too much samey stuff in a row (we had a lot of very similar movies or same directors in a short period for awhile, that was causing retention issues). Just gotta vote for them! =)

My thought exactly. It's been a while since I've seen it but I don't remember that much action nor adventure. I remember it being a great movie though. But iirc it's based on historical drama. And with Saving Private Ryan, Oppenheimer and Schindler's List, I'm noticing a trend.

I remember watching The Villagers react. They didn’t even know about the history of slavery in America. As a 3rd gen American, I was so surprised this wasn’t common knowledge. I’m curious to see S&P react, as Aussies🇦🇺🫶🏻

Nah GOTG3 is arguably a top 5 marvel movie. I would agree Django on a critic level of filmmaking is better but S&P aren’t critics. They enjoy a good marvel flick.
