Hi guys, I was away on a work trip and I was only now able to watch this episode. It was much softer than the previous one. This monster is ugly as f***!!! I love Robin! Steve and Dustin are always on point, the humor, the comments, the burn outs, it's a true bromance! I love seeing Murray again with his extra personality. Yeah its a town cop versus what is basically a KGB (Russian version of CIA) agent. The training those guys have in combat is astronomical compared to anything Hop would likely have. Its also doesn't help he got attacked in a vulnerable position so he already started off in a bad spot, but I get it was probably just their emotions in the moment.

Hey Hop did his best, but that guy is a Russian terminator, probably ate bricks for breakfast, so I cut our boy some major slack there. Hop hasn't seen that kind of action in his town.... ever. The toughest interaction he's had up until this point has been with El and Mike. Lol

Can't wait to see your reaction to S4! Some of our more underutilized characters get their well deserved moments in the sun :) Romance sometimes being a distraction is just a part of life. I think this show does a great job of representing that in a realistic way. Plus, to have truly great relationships between characters, the work has to be put in first.

Loved your reaction and the banter as usual. Pudgey I wonder how other reactors... Spartan Other reactors aren't on our tier... Me That's why we watch you guys. I think the kids having time while they were waiting on Nancy and Jonathan were doing what teens at that age with hormones and such going on do. I love Max and El's relationship. I think the girls/women are killing it this season. Obviously El has killed it all seasons, but Max is getting more involved, Nancy is figuring stuff out. Robin and even Erica are both pretty smart and alert. Joyce also - loved her bitching out Murray. So Billy and possibly Heather are not fully absorbed into the Mind Flayer like the rest of the army yet. Billy is kind of the recruiter. The hospital scene with Jonathan, Nancy and the Hawkins News guys was so scary and then the disgusting absorption of the blood and tissue into the Mind Flayer is blah - no gagging from Pudgey this time. I am proud of you Pudgey. As far as what the Soviets think they are going to do when they fully gain access to the Upside Down is anybodys guess at this point. The Soviet and American governments and military were really in a pissing contest when the cold war was happening starting after World War Ii. In some ways it was about who could be more powerful. Both had and have very strong militaries and access to nuclear weapons.

Pudgey you almost made it through the intro without losing it, proud of ya! I had this funny moment right before you broke when I was watching you to see if you would break and then you looked right at the camera and started to lose it. Also Spartan starting the discussion at the end with Pudgey on blast has me laughing so hard. Great episode, Steve and Dustin are so funny together. I love the dynamic between Hop and Joyce, the bickering between them feels so natural I imagine the actors have fun with those scenes. The Russian hunting them is doing a great job of giving us "Terminator" vibes, which if you guys haven't seen we'll get there eventually.

They all did well as a team this episode finally🔥 I didn't think of really blaming things on "the couples" or anything...Cause rmr they weren't allowed to go with Nancy and Jonathan either way...just like, waiting normally? It's also realistic for them to be unaware of what's going on...that's why they emphasized how only Will *finally* felt it at the end. We havent even seen "the teen couples" interact for a while now; in a way that's NOT annoying.😂 It's getting more wholesome. And we cant have a "team" if the dynamic isn't good. M and El shared such a sweet & short moment.❤️ Highlight of the ep is how Nancy + Jonathan really SHONE! They both don't have powers but did the damn thing.😭 I was at the edge of my seat. Hopefully now next ep eleven can deal w that monstrosity lol
