The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes | Reaction & Review

That is quite a safe answer, especially in The Hunger Games.

Lyn Hurst

I wonder if that would have played off better if they did some narrative bits tied into scenes a few times throughout the movie where its basically you hearing his thoughts aloud as he's journaling or something.

The main thing that gets lost in translation, in my opinion, from book to screen is that we know Snow's thoughts in the book. I was able to read how he was always slightly sociopathic, and really only out to help himself. In the books he is very possessive of Lucy like he owns her more than any true feelings. And the end with Lucy and snake, the movie makes it out to be like she set a trap for him, but I read the book as it might have been a coincidence, but because of Snow's state of mind at the time, that is the theory he fabricates for his psychy to reason to get rid of her.

defo was better than Mockingjay 1 and 2. Not better than the 1st and 2nd, although I have seen people say they actually prefer it to the first but I don't agree.

Owen Hargrave

Pudgey: “I wonder what he goes to do?” Spartan: “Dies.” 😂

Gillian Hadland

I thought it was a pretty average movie. Contrarily to the other Hunger Games movies, it definitely felt long, and I don't think it adds a lot to the lore in the end
