We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

The Gasoline isn't the reason why the house ends up being abandoned for good. That's all I can say for now without dropping a spoiler.

Charlie Kelly

At the end, Pudgey mentioned the downfall of Gray Matter. Not sure what you mean by that, 5 or 6 episodes ago Walt told Jesse "as of today it's worth Billions". He sold his potential "for a few months rent" he says.

Charlie Kelly

Jesse put it all together because his weed was missing when he showed up at the pick up spot. It was the missing weed that brought him to the ultimate revelation. He was looking at his pack of cigarettes realizing this is the 2nd time this type of thing has happened after showing up at Saul's office. Obviously not a coincidence at that point. So he knew without a doubt Walt framed Gus for the poisoning of Brock/Walt was the one behind the poisoning. Kind of a dumb oversight by Saul though, he should've let Jesse keep the weed but he probably thought Jesse wasn't smart enough to figure it out after all that time had passed.

Charlie Kelly

Yes, he beat out several extremely good actors in great parts that year: Peter Dinklage, Mandy Patinkin...GOT and Homeland were top shows at the time.

❤️🙏🏼 we're glad you're enjoying them!

I had that kind of relationship with my first serious boyfriend in high school. We were together for six years and could tease each other about anything.

Lyn Hurst

I have seen some shows go downhill in the last season or two. People have moved on and aren't as enthused, especially if a show was cancelled.

Lyn Hurst

Just so you know, you can watch Walt's full uncut confession on YouTube. Its quite a bit longer than what we see in the episode

Pogger White

S5 is just nuts. I LOVE IT. Also I just wanna say, as someone who's been married 10 years I find your both light hearted bickering and poking fun at eachother and the eye rolls and everything so wholesome and real and fun, we really get a feel for the S&P dynamic in the vids its rare with reactions and i love it haha!

lemmy101

I think they know that Walt cares about Jesse. But that never stopped him from manipulating Jesse. For example with Jane and Brock. So no wonder they are suspicious now of Walt

Rey Jr

i know its been said many times but there is no going back now, the next 4 episodes are climax after climax, the reason this show is so revered is because its one of very very few series to deliver a great ending, and the ending isnt just the finale episode its the next 4 all wrapped up as a beautiful gift to the viewer. Enjoy

Shadow Sword

Walt definitely cares for Jessie. All of Walters downfalls are from helping Jessie out.

Alex

Agree with Spartan’s ranking of the seasons. This is probably the only show I’ve watched where each season was better than the last. I remember thinking there’s no way they’d top season 4 when it ended. Then they go and drop a season where 8 of the episodes end up with a 9.5 or over on imdb.

First time watching the confession tape , I died laughing not gonna lie , it was so genius that I couldn’t help myself but Yea I do agree that Walt was slightly manipulating jesse to get him to leave but I do think he cares about him getting out but One thing I believe 100 percent was that hug was genuine but You can clearly tell that Walt isn’t close to as evil as he was in the first half , he’s like s4 walt in this half and felt bad for jesse this episode though him gonna try to burn the house down without not knowing 100 percent that the kids weren’t there isn’t right.

JonSnow21

Totally unrelated topic, but Pudgey you look stunning as usual, but that color blue looks great on you.

Lyn Hurst

And she can't be compelled to testify against her husband due to spousal privileged communication. Hank knows this. Hank finding out about Walt's drug money paying for his rehab had got to be the biggest punch in the gut. Everyone has been duped by Walt.

Lyn Hurst

I doubt S&P will ever get to reacting to it, but that is what I loved about Battlestar Galactica. It was never morally black and white, but different shades of gray. One episode you rooted for someone, and in the next one they were the bad guys.

Jiří Werner

I don’t think Skylar is really that much on Walt’s side. She just thinks because of the cancer he is gonna die soon and the case will resolve itself. That she doesn’t need to burden her children. That’s why she completely changed when Hank revealed that the cancer is back

Rey Jr

Love'em or hate'em, Walt's confession is one of my favorite scenes of the series.

David Cansler

Yeah Walt definitely cares for Jesse. But I understand the reactors that get suspicious after all the things Walt did. Even with Jesse. Their relationship is very toxic and manipulative. For example the whole Jane and Brock story. And yes Bryan is just awesome

Rey Jr

At this point Hank doesn't care about legal justice. He did initially, but now he's chasing his personal enemy at any cost, even at the cost of Skyler, Walt Jr or the law itself, and he's committing major illegal acts in the process. Fascinating how everyone in this show is grey and driven by somewhat immoral motives.

HDN

The tape is brilliant - enough of the truth mixed in to make it believable. Jesse at the end - so intense and the music just drives it home.

Lyn Hurst

Fantastic episode - I say that a lot, but that is a given for the past several episodes and the remaining ones. It is hard to keep up with what is going on as there are so many plot points and pieces of the puzzle being put together rn. Walt left Gretchen at a family gathering (her families house) because he didn't like the high and mighty lifestyle her family exuded all about status, money, the upper crust etc. It is funny how Walt gets so tied to his money he will do anything for it including being careless and to get ahead in his so called empire. I. have really enjoyed watching Bryan, Aaron and all the main cast give it their all. Bryan is exceptjonal no matter tne type of role he is in. Next episode picks up right where this one leaves off. .

Lyn Hurst

Your BB drops are the highlights of my week lately, I'm so excited for the rest

Jenna

To'hajiilee links the confession tape from the pilot

Justin

Of course, Walt cares about Jesse. and of course, he doesn't and shouldn't care about him more than himself or his children. That being said, he could literally kill him right then and there if he didn't care for him. problem solved. even when Saul suggested killing Jesse, Walt wasn't willing to entertain the idea in just last episode. I feel like you skip a lot of valuable character arcs and dialogs when it comes to Walt. Also, another thing I wanna mention is that I know Aaron's performance of Jesse is incredible and Spartan deservedly gives him credit for it but I think Brain's performance of Walt is the greatest acting in TV history and you guys almost never talk about it. just wanted to mention that bit cause i think it deserves recognition. great reaction per usual.

Leroy

Trivia: -While at the taquería, Hank's and Marie's water glasses are very close, while Skyler's and Walter's glasses are separated, symbolizing the solidity of the Schrader marriage and the turbulency of the White marriage. -As Hank and Marie are watching Walt's video a fly is visible on the screen, a possible allusion to the fly metaphor from the episode "Fly". -The opening line of Walt's fake confession where he tells his full name and address is a reference to Walt's confessional from the "Pilot". -When Jesse spreads the gas across Walt's house, he stops at the end of the scene in one spot and the camera switches angles so that it is looking up at Jesse as he splurges the gasoline down. This spot in the house is very close to the exact same spot where Jesse held the gun to Walt's head and was going to kill him in the Season 4 episode, "End Times".

Jackhammer

Aaron Paul won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his performance in this episode.

Jackhammer

oh man here we go

Antifa Lockhart

Walt's confession tape is dripping with unbelievably good goodness. You feel the shackles close in tighter & tighter on Hank- especially considering his violent past with Pinkman. Bryan acted out the whole scene in one take.
