Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

We hope you enjoy the video!

Pretty much every male character in this episode is bald/buzzed 😂

Depressed Watchman

The Dave Clark Five that Mike references was a music band in the '60s, for the younger generations born after us baby-boomers.

I have no pity for what happened to Ted. Without saying it to Skyler, he was basically trying to blackmail her and Walter to get more money from them, while refusing to pay the IRS with the money Skyler had already given him. And Skyler is far from an innocent victim in all of it, having slept with Ted while also cooking his books for him. And then to take over 600k of Walt's money to help out Ted, without telling Walt...wow! I can understand where Walt was coming from with his "hug of forgiveness" to Skyler.

There is absolutely no evidence that that is the case. What you are saying is conjecture. One car pulls over in their territory at night. Jesse wasn't sneaky. They would have been watching the person in the vehicle. A blind man would have been prepared. I do not believe that Gus would have any compunctions about Tomas being killed. That being said your logic seems like post hoc rationalizing. There is no evidence at all. Just a very specific narrative that you want to be true. You could even be correct but how you came to that conclusion is based off of poor logic. Using your own logic, Gus ordered the hit on Gale because Walt and Jesse were employees of Gus. They wouldn't have killed Gale w/o his permission. Jesse was already retaliating against the dealers and Gus attempted to make peace. If he wanted Jesse to die there he could have had Mike do it instead of bringing them together and making peace. It would have been no different than a couple of dealers killing him.

Gus ordered the hit on Tomas. Those two men were employees of Gus, Gus described them as his "trusted employees". They wouldn't have killed that kid without Gus's direct permission/order. Gus told them to kill the kid, knowing Jesse would find out and retaliate to which he hoped Jesse would be killed in the shootout. He wanted Jesse dead by that point. Remember, the two guys almost seemed prepared for him. They wouldn't have done something that drastic without Gus giving them the go ahead, because they would know Gus is someone not to piss off.

Ok now you can question Walt in the way you did Pudgey lol but let’s not rewrite history, Walt saved jesse a few times as well , he does care about him and the “We’re done when I say were done” is one of the most cold lines in the show and Cranston’s line delivery is soo scary.

This is why it was so funny to me that you were calling Walt Heisenberg in the early seasons. You hadn't even met Heisenberg yet! Walt and Gus have a lot in common, but they're very different at their core. Gus was an efficient businessman, and endlessly careful. But Walt is driven by ego and impulse. Like Gus said in their first conversation, "You are not a cautious man at all."

🤣🙏🏼🥳 lets goo!

S&P.......The bacon. In the very 1st episode, then again, maybe season 3 I believe guys? The bacon... and just now, the bacon!

I don't care who the bad guy is or not. I don't need a Disney or a pg13 happy ending. I cared about I was sucked into this show and couldn't stop watching!!... I mean the title says it all! I love and believe their genuine reactions. But unlike the live viewers drug out over years with no album covers, or 36446645574 people telling you this was the greatest show ever, it was alot harder to predict... I'll say again, it doesn't matter if what you want to happen, happens or not. You can't stop but going for the ride!.... and as I say on alot of the other videos as a reminder, I WAS TEAM WALT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!!!.......they both will love this show, but I feel more this is a Spartan season!... I'll know if that is true on the next to last episode!!... woohoo, take my money!!! Ahaha

And starts the greatest season in television history. Vince believed in writing the character's stories as they went along instead of start to finish. They'd back a character into a corner organically and spend hrs & hrs in the writing room figuring ways they could make an out. At the time of shooting this episode they had no plan for how the M60 gun from the cold open would make it's return to the story. The fact that they can just sprinkle in tools to a scene whether it's objects or something a character says as they go along and then come back to them full circle in such a clever & holistic way makes it feel as if it was all planned from the start. Part of the magic of this show.

Is it still not a thriller???...

allen koch

Lol that is a light machine gun Spartan

Neville L

Yay! This went from an on the edge of your seats thriller to a horror story. Walt is off the rails.

Lyn Hurst

I don't think he did either, personally, but yeah there is no truly solid evidence either direction.

SuddenImpulse

Spartan was right, Walt is the bad guy

Rich Plumb

We will never know for sure whether Gus ordered the killing of the kid or not. There are some theories out there. But I personally think he did not order it.

Jaroslav Dočekal

I forgot how absolutely unhinged Walter is right from the start of season 5.

Kevin Anand

What we've all been waiting for. Season 5 is amazing

DRIP DROP

Season 5...things just bend in all kinds of weird ways in the power vacuum left by Gus. Can't wait. This season is longer than the rest as well. Can't wait.

Daniel Castro

The most exciting season has begun! Thank you, Spartan and Pudgey!)

Jackhammer

Lets goo!! Christmas is here!
