Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync. Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen. Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0. Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:
- Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
- Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
- Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
- HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)
- Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

There were some episodes there that you guys may be think differently about especially Remembrances. I will always remember u guys for that !! Depending on what you guys watch next I’ll probably stop in my membership here so this is bittersweet soon but thanks for everything!

2023-11-20 13:04:16 +0000 UTCWhenever people say that their relationship buildup is subtle (and I totally get what you mean, it is quite subtle, don‘t get me wrong) I always think of what ppl would think of the build up if one of them was a man and not „just“ two women sharing these scenes. If Korra was only writing back letters to that one man and blushing when she received compliments from him, people would have read between the lines more. Understandable because we are trained from birth to see everything through a heterosexual lense but also quite sad.

Yes, korrasami could have needed more build up but there are not in the dating phase yet. There are in the „Lets go on a date and see how it works out“ phase. They know they are mutually attracted to each other. And if they had kissed there, it would have just seem rushed. And having a rushed relationship is what went wrong with Mako and Korra and/or Mako and Asami. So yes, I am glad Korra and Asami take things slowly this time. Have a nice vacation and see if they can become more. Cause what they have, is for life.

2023-11-20 01:20:56 +0000 UTCI like this finale, but I am sad Korra and Asami didn't get the end the writers wanted for them. The writers and creators of the show wanted them to be a couple, but Nickelodeon didn't allow any more of a relationship than what we got. In the scene at the end, the writers said Korra and Asami were meant to kiss at the end, but the network did not allow that. I am also sure they would have established the pairing more throughout the season, if they were allowed to do that. I have to agree with you that there were things missing in the end, some more conversation with other characters, but they did what they could with the budget given to them. BTW there is a Netflix Avatar live-action show releasing in February and there are also three animated movies by the original creators announced. One movie will be about Aang and the crew when they are a little older, one will be about Korra and the gang and the third will be about avatar Kyoshi.

2023-11-20 00:02:57 +0000 UTCNickelodeon are cowards. Not the writers, but the network. Writers wanted Korra and Asami together. Executives said fine, but they were only allowed to take it so far. No kissing. Now, every June, they trot Korra and Asami out as the first same sex pairing in Western animation. Technically it is, but they were cowards and now try to profit off it.

It would've been nice if their relationship was built up a bit more throughout the season and they ended on a kiss like Aang and Katara, but even hinting at an LBGTQ+ relationship on a kids show was a big deal in 2014.
