I think Toji is sitting pretty comfortably at Special Grade in terms of strength. He absolutely manhandled teen Gojo and Geto who at that point were already special grades themselves and both of them together were considered the strongest sorcerers. At this point in the story, I'd say the top 5 strongest would be 1. Gojo, 2. Sukuna, 3. "Geto", 4. Toji, 5. Yuta.
