Breaking Bad 2x12 Reaction & Review

Yeah, Walter is a bad dude….hard to face isn’t it.

The 1.2mil deal was mentioned last ep.

Actor Bryan Cranston has said that the Jane death scene was his hardest to film. He gets emotional talking about it, and says he briefly saw his own daughter’s face while he was standing there letting her die, and his act of covering his mouth with his hand in shock was very real. In Cranston’s memoir novel, the very first page is him talking as Walter White, describing what he was thinking while deciding if he should let Jane live or die. It ends with “Oh God, what have I become?” I think that guilt shines through in this episode.

This is when a lot of people decided they weren’t rooting for Walt anymore. Dark episode. Self preservation is a powerful thing

Yes guys, this is such a turning point of an episode

Professor Rizzard The Third

Bryan Cranstons acting is just next level

I know you guys are further ahead than this so this won't be a spoiler. The episodes with the flash forwards, take a look at the title of each of those episodes - and then put them together.

This was one of my favorite episodes of the series. You really can see just why it's called Breaking Bad. The writers do a good job of putting the characters into situations where they almost have to choose the morally bad option. Just think, you aren't even half way through the series yet! As always, I enjoyed your reaction.

Just wait. You’re right that this is a significant moment on Jesses development.

****MOD MESSAGE- PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING**** Guys lets try to reel in and minimize setting expectations for the overall story, character story arcs, or future events. Theres a bit too much hinting at where certain arcs are going seasons alter, too much hinting about which characters are big/super important characters right after they first appear on the show, etc. If we want S&P to continue to be able to read the patreon comments we have to keep them spoiler free with minimal future expectation setting. Thank you!
