Breaking Bad 1x7 Uncut Reaction 'A No-Rought-Stuff-Type-Deal'

Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

We hope you enjoy the video!

Just so you guys are aware, the first two episodes of Season 2 were originally supposed to be the finale of Season 1, but due to the writer's strike that was happening at the time it was changed. So Season 2 Episode 2 is kind of the proper finale to Season 1

It looked apparent to me that Walt was getting off on the fact that he was getting away with it. That they were all talking about catching the person responsible for stealing the equipment etc and talking about drugs etc. Walt was experiencing some sort of rush of sorts and was getting turned on because of it. I am positive that's what was happening there. Same exact thing why he also came back one night and had that night in bed with Skyler.

Yeah...what makes Tuco scary is how seriously unstable he is lol you have no idea what might set him off. Love how tense that last scene is. Also, the breaking bad music soundtrack choices are always *chef's kiss* so good. Love the song at the end.

Ailene Evangelista

You're still holding on to that, huh...

Munir

Season 1 was only shorter because of writers strike back then. No Conspiracy there. Marie just had a blonde Moment.

Thank you for understanding. Really appreciate that!

I removed my comments due to fair opinions and explanations about why it should not be on here right now. Sorry guys.

gotcha

This is a kind warning for the people in the comment section that keep writing a whole Psychology degree thesis on Walter's character development after every episode - Please stop! Let them form their own opinion on his character development that frankly we are only at the beginning of. There's 4 more seasons to go and to expect them to know Walter's every motive like they're his personal therapist is simply absurd! Because I know damn well none of us knew what direction the show was going to take during our first watchthroughs.

Ersin Günay

Pretending like Walter is a master manipulator, abuser psycho in season 1 is BEYOND delusional. Stop poisoning the well for them with his character

Loved the first season. Got me hooked. Also a Band called black seeds from New Zealand song featured In one of the episodes!

This is a huge spoiler man, it tells them both of them are alive

The episodes are dropped on sundays and wednesdays! At least, in North America. With that said, I'd love them to be more frequent as well, but they are obviously real human beings with lives, so it's not likely.

Jakob Schaefer

I think you got the point about that opening scene with Walt and Skyler at the school meeting, but yeah--Walt's getting off on getting away with illicit behaviour, and he's probably also bored out his mind by the mundane concerns of "normal" people (his old life). Something to keep in mind about Tuco's outbursts: he's obviously an unhinged dude, but meth can increase aggression, violence, and paranoia. Both times we've seen Tuco really lose it on someone, he's just done some of Walt's ultra-pure meth. So Tuco's violence is partly a glimpse of the effects meth has in the world. It's one of the consequences of Walt's actions that he doesn't seem to think much about.

Coming in with the lore on this one. A big reason why this first season is so short is due to the writer’s strike back in 2008. That and the premise of the show at the time seemed like a big risk to any studio. Ironically enough, as I’m sure you know, the states is having another writers strike currently. The first one since then, if I’m not mistaken. Fun fact, a dramatic increase in reality TV happened because of that previous strike as well. Unexpected consequence.

Its great seeing BB growing on you guys. Literally just gets better and better. I'm here for it

Loved your reactions to this first season! Can’t wait for you to react to season 2! Would love to see more episodes a week (only if possible of course, no pressure😅) as these genuinely make my day and I’m always wondering when the next upload is ❤️

Kai Westbrook

its very interesting that you said to "tread lightly"

Season one is in the bag! And now the real fun begins. Season One is just the setup for everything that comes next.
