Game of Thrones Uncut Reaction S8 E2 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms'

Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

Pudgey, thank you for all those tears. You were in a roll. You are soooo pretty and with all those tears you look incredible to me. Spartan, when Pudgey laughs and cries you should see it as a $$$$ sign. People will subscribe to your channels just to see more tears and laughs from Pudgey. Sure, Sparta can analyze things but tears make a reaction a lot better and Pudgey does that on all the right moments. You show great chemistry.

It means you have access to all the content that has been put out for that tier and below, and content that will come out for 3 weeks for that tier or below.

Josh

Hey guys so about the membership and how it works (supersoldier level) , is it 3 weeks content since since ive subscribed or 3 moving weeks meaning any content u guys have made 3 weeks earlier from any day of the month becomes available ?

Amr Basri

Agreed that this episode, while still enjoyable, does not reach its full potential. Worried for the next few, haven’t watched since the premier 😬

Gummybear

I disagree, I think Jon anticipated her reaction completely that’s why he had been avidly avoiding her and this discussion. He knew just how complicated of a discovery it would be for the both of them.

Gummybear

Really? I felt the opposite. It seemed like the first time she really wasn’t siding with Spartan on dany

Gummybear

I love this episode. One of my favourites of the whole show. It takes time to give us dialogue scenes and moments between characters who've been through so much together in various stages of the show. Theon and Sansa hugging always makes me tear up and then Brienne being knighted by the person she knows she loves, but who also respects her as a soldier, finishes me off. Just a beautiful scene, between two people who care deeply for each other. As for Arya, she always seemed to like Gendry and it's a bit weird as we've seen the actress grow up on screen, but I get the character wanting to have an experience she's curious about before she may die.

Victoria E (vickster5001)

Its really not though

Rick James

Fun fact: Jamie was actually Knighted by the greatest knight ever, Ser Arthur Dayne "The sword of the morning".

Marimo

When Pudgey was justifyng Danys reaction this was the first time i felt she didnt actually believe it herself.

Philipp Lembens

I thought you said you were leaving and that these reactors sucked. Did you change your mind?

SuddenImpulse

LMFAO no Sansa and Theon never get together you’re literally just imagining that, also it’s okay to be negative you guys are so hesitant to say you didn’t like something when you guys should be going in on this shit show.

Matt

Oathkeeper

Sarah

I don’t know if you two caught Jon’s look at Dany when she said that he’d have a claim to The Iron Throne. To me, it looked like he was a little taken aback that that was her first thought and not that they were family. He seemed a little sad. Anyway, can’t wait for the final 4 episodes. It’s been a great ride watching the show with you guys.

Virgogrl

I thought it was just every 3 days

Jai Nelson

i've heard that the brightness had been at least somewhat corrected later on and so it should be better now that they are watching it later.

Greg K

:(

Stympler

Great reaction !! Hopefully you guys turned up your brightness for the next episode! 🤣🤣🤣 super excited for the rest of the szn to fold out for you too but also is bittersweet, cheers 🍻

Eric

this is probably for me the best episode in the season ,epic and emotional

LEE PARKER

"Literally close"? That makes no sense. Please for the love of God people quit using the word literally in every other sentence. It doesn't mean what you think it does.

Shawn Brink

This is all in charater for Dany. The only thing she ever did that people liked, was being pretty on a dragon and fleeing slaves. Her goals the same, and she was literally close to bruning innocents several times. She is absolutely mental, collared by her advisors. This how has proved that being pretty is power. You can get away with anything as long as someone wants to bang you.

Rockstar

Arya and Gendry was the most predictable part of this episode. But I get it. She looks young so you didn't consider the fact that she is a woman. Which sucks for the actress.

Rockstar

Dany : "Now I'm here, half the world away, fighting Jon's war" Sansa: (Smirks) Sansa was like, Really? Manipulating by overemphasis? After i just talked about manipulation?

One of the key details about his characterization was presented in this episode in the first scene btw - he was all 'I won't apologize, I did it for my family, I'd do it all again' when confronted by hostility and judgement off the bat, but when he talked to Bran, he apologized sincerely and was amazed that Bran didn't want to punish him. //edit. Oh, I almost forgot another important bit: he looks amazed when Brienne says that she would fight _beside him_, and later he asks her if she would have him _under her command_. Food for thought again for you guys.

Whenever you were talking about Jaime, I kept hoping you'd watch "Jaime Lannister - Oathkeeper" video by TheGaroStudios. That video doesn't include everything I'd personally pick up into a Jaime video, but it has some thought-provoking stuff you'd probably enjoy a lot.

S.

To answer Pudgey's surprise at Jon avoiding Daenerys, pretty sure it's because of the incest (in additon to the rest of course, the political stuff and the shock of the revelation itself). We're used to it as an audience but in Westeros, except amongst the Targaryens, it's not socially accepted at all.

Lise

Arya has always envied, in some form, Sansa's command of the more female branch of skills and crafts. Despite her disliking them (only because she sucked at them) she respected Sansa for it and finally internalized the lesson Ned tried to teach her when he explained why Sansa didnt tell the whole truth or lie when Nymeria bit Joffrey.

Darth Sckolar

After the next episode, GOT ends for me. it's been a great journey through all the seasons and i'm looking forward to breaking bad. 🎉

Sean K.

This ep makes me cry and gives me the chills and is just amazing.

Rainbow

😅 this was already last week! I want to see your reaction 8x3!!! 😍

ruth cueva

Especially when Arya goes from subtly threatening Sansa for writing that letter to being fully on her side. Sure, they found out about Littlefinger's betrayal but I don't think he had anything to do with Sansa writing that specific letter so I don't see why that made Arya forgive her.

Munir

I totally understand where you guys are coming from and I half agree. However if you guys think this episode missed the mark then I wonder what Pudgey would of been if they hit the mark because she cried the entire episode lol

Chaz D

The writing really falls off, especially in the 8th season. There's still some great spectacle to enjoy, reunions and things like that but the writing is not so good, and D&D really screwed up some of the characters, Euron Greyjoy probably being the biggest one. I don't understand why they keep calling different characters "the smartest person I knew, know" etc like Arya calling Sansa the smartest person she's ever known, what in the world has been conveyed in this show to give her that opinion?
