Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.
Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.
Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.
Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:
- Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
- Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
- Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
- HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)
- Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

2023-06-11 21:40:41 +0000 UTCI love ATLA, best show of all time, Korra is great to except season 2 and 4, season 1 and 3 were freaking amazing, but season 2 and 4 were so bad, like just trash, which is my only gripe with this show.

2023-06-11 17:37:37 +0000 UTC@Zakki Zuko's eyes are so memorable because we closeups of his eyes more than any other character in the show. @KaijinGarou That's not true because we see many examples of other fire benders not from royalty that have orange eyes like Mako, Jeong Jeong, Admiral Zhao, and the Sun Warriors. It's not more common among royalty. Look at the other nations as well. All the earth benders have green eyes and they're not from royalty. I think the animators make the fire nation royalty's eyes stand out more since they are the main characters and that's why it may seem that way.

I’m so glad that not only are you enjoying the show, but that you love Aang(and Katara’s) grandkids, bc they receive a lot of hate, and I just don’t get it! ATLA is by far my favorite show, so I went into this show not only not knowing a lot about it, or the struggles the crew had making it, but also went in not thinking of it as something new, but just wanting more of ATLA really. Now this show obviously even in the first two episodes does a good job of giving you the part of Avatar that we all love, but making it new and fresh. That’s why I’m glad you’re going into this with open minds and open hearts. I’ve rewatched this show several times since that first time, and have fallen in love with it too. It does its own wonderful job of telling its story, and does its best considering the circumstances for the writers. Some of the best Avatar content comes from this series, and I can say that about each season. Some of the storytelling and THE BENDING in this show is just impeccable, and you’re about to meet one of my favorite characters too :) enjoy the ride, you will not be disappointed, I promise. Also I agree, Pudgey, you look super pretty today.

2023-06-09 00:45:25 +0000 UTCIt could be that she learnt of it on the newspaper and picked her interest but would be still a little weird that she became such a Mako fan so quickly. We don't have proof one way or another. Not that it's a big inconsistency regardless. Mako and Bolin should have made sure she knew rules like that though but I guess they didn't have the time as they were about to be disqualified.

She was very sheltered and isolated until recently, stuck in the Southern Water tribe compound with the White Lotus, and with her family. Really its on Mako and Bolin, who I guess must have just assumed she knew due to how much she was fan-freaking about it all.

Re-watching now, I think Korra not knowing that she wasn't supposed to knock players over the side could sort of be explained by the fact that she has only listened to the narration over the radio lol Still weird that Mako and Bolin (especially Mako) didn’t make sure that she was aware of the rules beforehand.

2023-06-08 07:40:09 +0000 UTCI just wanted to point out that golden/amber eyes is not a Zuko thing, it’s a fire nation thing/firebender thing, just like blue eyes = water tribe trait, green eyes = earthbender trait, and grey eyes = air nation. All of Zuko’s family, Mai, Mai's brother and her parents, General Zhao, Jeong Jeong, probably pretty much everyone we meet from the fire nation, they all have golden eyes or amber eyes, it’s just that Zuko’s eyes are very memorable lol

'Cause now that a foundation is laid (its a little rough to say "foundation" based on how much I love ATLA) Pudgey is right, now we should see something built on it. And then keep building. And then build a little more.

It's been awhile, but I think you are correct in that I at least do no remember them being an issue when I have watched the show. Appreciate the suggestion and input. We always welcome it. =)

The creators literally had to make up an entire sport for this show...so that was neat. to Pudgey's point, I think Chief Beifong was really only against Korra "dulling out vigilante justice"(i believe was her phrase last episode), and therefore didn't like the avatar in the city. a suggestion for the moderators or whoever, The "previously" scenes in Korra aren't entirely like ATLA with spoilers(if i recall) they can be the judge of that, but they are done a little differently here. They kinda add a bit of flavor to the over vibe of the show. my suggestion is to watch them. again, I don't believe they are like the ATLA previously scenes that set up a foreshadowing...i don't know, just a suggestion.
